If a person does not understand how to set goals and how to achieve them, then it is natural that they will not be fulfilled for him. Or they will be executed crookedly, obliquely and with the expense of large resources. Here we are not talking about any small tasks such as going to the store, cooking dinner or cleaning the house.

Goals mean more complex and complex tasks, for example, to create and maintain relationships if they do not exist now or to launch a new direction of activity that will give the desired results or earn more money or improve the health sector. That is, goals mean some kind of large complex set of tasks that you want to do as quickly, efficiently and efficiently as possible.

And here, already from this point at this level of understanding, it becomes clear that if you do not know how to correctly set and achieve goals, then there can be no question of any qualitative results. It is especially important to be able to correctly set and achieve goals when it comes to changing areas of life. Such as relationships, material well-being, health, self-realization, etc.

In principle, any person understands that if you plan badly, then the same results will be on the way out. Well, if you don't plan at all, then most likely it will turn out clearly not what you want.

Is it possible somehow differently?

There are people who have the ability to set goals as if an innate skill - they do it intuitively, accurately and efficiently. But there are not so many such people. Basically, people set goals as expected - at the beginning of the new year, everyone dreams and writes plans that from next year everything will change and improve.

But for some reason, somehow it does not work out, all the prescribed goals are clear, but there is no time to implement them, and it seems like some kind of artificial garbage - "This is a clear, understandable goal cannot be fulfilled in this living and incomprehensible world."

Plus, a normal person usually wants a lot of things, but according to the classical goal-setting of goals, you need to set a little (3-4 per year). And it turns out some kind of nonsense. I want everything, but due to the limited time, money and energy, it turns out little or not at all.

I want to have a happy relationship, have good health, earn a lot of money, do what I love, communicate with interesting people, spend more time with loved ones and friends. And also to travel, live in a spacious apartment, have quality rest and have fun.

But how do you fit all this into 3-4 goals a year? And here, more often than not, people have a stupor, because on the one hand, a person does not know how to combine all this, and on the other hand, how to achieve all this, so that the situation does not turn out.

When, for example, some kind of Vasya set himself strong goals (they also teach at trainings =), and then he does not know what to do with all this and how to approach them? Because the goals are there, but somehow you don't really want to fulfill them. And what about this situation?

What to do when:

- You set goals, but they are not met. You do everything as taught: write clear measurable desired results, set priorities, adequately equate them, but everything is going slowly and with a creak;

- Or when you are engaged in one goal (for example: you work hard to make money), and the relationship collapses. Or they didn’t exist at all;

- Or you have a lot of plans, the entire notebook is already covered, but there were no actual results;

- Or do you look at the abundance of goals that you have and the impression is that they pull in different directions, and some of them may even contradict each other;

- Or you get inspiration and you start to do something, and then all the enthusiasm and desire evaporate somewhere and somehow don't rush;

- Or for a long time already it is necessary to do several important things, but for some reason their hands do not reach them in any way;

- Or at some point you simply run into a lack of money, time, motivation;

And much more. In general, life is constantly making its own adjustments. Are these problems familiar?

Why are there problems?

They arise because most often, for example, an ordinary Vasya tries to follow popular advice, not realizing that he makes a number of mistakes. So what mistakes are most often made:

- Lack of understanding on what principles any desires, plans and goals are realized. That is, there is no understanding of what needs to be done to guarantee the results;

- a person makes a number of logical, psychological and physiological mistakes. Without even realizing it. It is understandable why, because here we need specific knowledge about how the psyche, physiology and neurophysiology of a person works, how the motivational sphere works, how to correctly set and achieve goals. In general, special training is indispensable here;

- often a person tries to realize not his goals and desires. That is, the goals set are completely inconsistent with life;

- people try to “set and achieve goals” using inappropriate technologies and in a non-optimal way;

For example: Vasya went for bread, came home and remembered that he needed cucumbers and tomatoes, then he came home again, he was going to make a salad, but it turns out that there is no sunflower oil. But already I really want to eat, Vasya does not go anywhere and eats what he actually has.

At least how much time and effort could be saved if you could just sit down and think in advance what you want for dinner and go buy everything in one go. It's the same with goals, people write goals for the year as if they were something separate.

- it also often turns out that a person simply does not have effective and productive models for the implementation of his plans. That is, there are simply no tools and resources that are needed;

- there is no understanding of how to make one goal help another, to spend less time, effort and money and get good, high-quality results. How to do it, so that all spheres of life would be smoothly balanced by themselves.

For some reason, at school and in universities they do not teach the principles of the correct construction of life goals, that is, how to set goals so that they are really achieved.

Two parallel worlds:

There is always a small group of people who really know how to set and achieve the desired goals. Moreover, they do it harmoniously, developing and becoming more successful every year in all areas of life and spending less effort, time, money, energy on achieving goals.

And there are all the rest, in fact - most people who do not know how to realize different goals in different areas of life, every year more and more work hard on their not favorite jobs, sleep on short vacations, barely find time for family and some joys.

Unfortunately, if you look at it, most people every year spend more and more energy, time and money on maintaining a life that does not make them happy, because time passes, the body gets old, motivation falls, opportunities go away.

How to be?

What then to do in this case? How to make it so that there is a balance in all areas of life. So that relationships would help self-realization, and self-realization would help make money, reach great heights in business or work, and in general how to live life to the fullest, see meaning and enjoy life. It is clear that this is not an easy task, but it can, in principle, be solved in different ways:

On the one hand, you can spend several years of your life, find people who are successful in all areas of life. Get to know them personally, make friends and try to adopt from them their models of thinking, behavior and principles by which they are guided

But here the question may arise - will people who are doing well will want to be friends with you, not just to communicate. Or in general, can you find such people and how much time such searches can take is unclear, maybe several years, or maybe more. This option is long in time, but relatively reliable in terms of results;

  • The next option. You can try to combine different goals by trial and error yourself and see what happens at the output. But with this approach, it is not clear how long it might take. If you still have not succeeded in this, then he hopes that it will be possible to heal in a new way in at least a year is too unreliable. This is an option that is uncertain in terms of time and results;
  • And there is a third option, which is well known to everyone for a long time - to go and buy the necessary skill, in other words, to go and learn it, spending several hours on obtaining concentrated information and several months on implementation.

Here, too, there are difficulties, because such technologies are not yet widespread and it is difficult to find such a course among the heap of information garbage in goal-setting. But on the other hand, this option is quite reliable in terms of results and fast. You just buy this skill, spend a little time on implementation and save several years of your life searching and organizing the information you need.

Going out and learning the skill of effectively setting goals and achieving success in different areas of life is the safest and fastest option.
