Generic program, script … How to work with this, how does one relate to this reality, because you are not to blame, did not want, did not order such a fate?.

How to work?

For example, through a fairy tale plot.

How to treat?

It's a matter of choice. And there are at least two of them. It is possible, as to karma (inevitable fate), or as to a problem / puzzle that needs to be solved.

Since childhood, we have been moved by different subjects. Some are more, some are less!

And you should pay attention to them.

My position is that the tale is indeed both a "lie and an allusion"!

It is important to separate fiction from reality and understand what this fiction tells us about.

A fairy tale (and it is a wise metaphor for the collective unconscious) can never be interpreted literally and also applied to real life.

A fairy tale, there is a lie, BUT with a hint of what we can do WITH OURSELVES, what work to do to change the quality of life.

Each fairy tale is a metaphor for psychological difficulties and their causes that a person encounters during his life.

Trouble happens when the line between fiction and reality is blurred.

When they endure monsters who "beat, it means they love", when they are waiting for a fairy to get to the ball, giving the last, when they refuse a personal voice, for the sake of illusory unrequited love.

But it is important to understand that if a fairy-tale script works in a minus program, it can also work in a plus program.

And based on a fairy tale, it is important to realize the tasks of the soul and move from inner labor to real actions.

Why such a scheme, why not immediately start acting in the outside world?

It is possible, but the experience of many people shows that the trauma that shaped the scenario works and the actions do not work out or they do not work out as we would like.

The external is born from the internal, but internal work also requires external reinforcement in the form of actions (for this, homework is given at various trainings and in counseling).

So, if you decide to work with yourself and your programs, including legacy ones, then go ahead!

I offer you an analysis of the fairy tale plot of Andersen's fairy tale "Wild Swans".

Let me remind you that this tale tells about a sister and her eleven brothers. As often happens in a fairy tale, they are all of royal blood - Princess Eliza and her brothers-princes.

But one day their father-king marries (according to the plot, the mother is absent / died) a woman who turns out to be a witch.

The plot is very common in fairy tales.

The stepmother tries to destroy the children and turns the brothers into birds - swans that fly away from the palace.

Princess Eliza, she puts on the head, forehead and chest of toads, in order to make her heartless, stupid and ugly.

But Eliza is not affected by her sorcery.

And all she can do is to smear the girl with mud, bringing her bright appearance beyond recognition.

Unrecognized, her father kicks her out of the palace.

Quite often in life, at the moment of changes in the child, discovering his "ugliness", the parent renounces him.

How "ugliness" is expressed depends on the specific case, sometimes it is the difference between the offspring discovered by the parent, the discrepancy between his ideals and expectations, the dissimilarity to the parent.

In general, the moment of a change in appearance in a fairy tale plot is a sign of an initiating rite.

That's why she's a witch to initiate.

Eliza, disfigured, is forced to leave the house.

There comes a moment when the heroine meets an assistant in the face of a raven, who tells her about what happened to her brothers and, most importantly, how they can return their human form.

Conversion in a fairy tale (and, as a consequence, the return of the human form to the bewitched hero) is a very important motive - the motive of the necessary transformation on the way to gaining humanity, femininity / masculinity.

A symbol of the transformation of a part of the psyche hidden behind the image, its growing up.

That is why it is so important to understand just a fabulous hint and not to perceive it as an action in reality.

A fairy lesson - a lesson / guidance from the soul, - a task leading to the return / acquisition of an inner treasure or identity, which symbolizes werewolf in fairy tales.

So, our heroine embarks on a search for the brothers, armed with information on their salvation. The raven tells her that in order to return to her human form, she will have to tear the nettles growing in a special place with her bare hands (the heroine later collects the material at the cemetery) and twist threads from it to make eleven shirts, in which it will be necessary to dress the swan brothers.

The theme of a cemetery / special place refers us to the theme of death, ancestors, family memory.

Thus, we discover that in the memory of the ancestors there is an extraordinary resource, which, in fact, allows us to heal the programs of the genus.

The sister does not find the brothers right away, because they, having found her from a bird's eye view, do not recognize them.

And only the youngest of the swans, the one who is closest to Eliza since childhood, tries to recognize his sister in the dirty trick.

In general, the motive of the younger hero in the fairy tale is not accidental, the younger is always special, it is a symbol of that little that the hero needs to achieve his goal. The younger is the one who has not lost contact with the soul.

Then the heroine meets the prince, who takes her to his country and marries her, despite the fact that she is silent, because the vow of silence is a guarantee of the brothers' salvation.

The motive of silence, not distraction to help others (as in the myth of Eros and Psyche) is also widespread in the fairy tale plot.

This is a symbol of concentration, painstaking work of the soul, so necessary to obtain a result (transformation).

Naturally, such a strange silence, and even knitting / spinning (also a symbol of initiation), cannot but arouse suspicion, although the prince believes Eliza, but his suspicions are awakened in him by the "assistants".

The Bishop, finding Eliza in the cemetery, after the brothers airlifted Eliza in a hammock to the prince's country, where he makes her an offer, in a hurry to discover her witch's essence in front of the prince.

Feminine initiation presupposes identification not only with the light maternal side and with her Shadow / witch.

To find yourself as a woman, you need to know the Shadow of the mother (the dark side of motherhood), through which the daughter approaches her own shadow.

In the tale of the Snow Queen, we see this metaphor in the images of the Atamansha the robber (the shadow of the mother) and the Little robber (the shadow of Gerda).

But unlike the Snow Queen, these Shadows are alive, resourceful, giving aggression and life.

Through "witchcraft" Eliza painlessly comes into contact with her own shadow.

A witch mother is a rejecting mother, which is very difficult to recognize and find in herself, but any mother can be different - she can smile at the child and be angry with him and even feel hatred, for example, in case of severe fatigue, when she does not feel support.

It is important to accept this in yourself without rejecting, not idealizing motherhood.

We all receive traumas from mothers, such is fate - without them there would be no healing or development.

Elsa already at the moment when she, slandered, is being taken to the place of execution (witches, as you remember, are burned at the stake) almost has time to tie the last shirt and throw all 11 on the swan brothers.

And only the youngest gets a shirt with an unfinished sleeve.

The most beloved brother, the smallest is special.

Here you can recognize a hint that even the task of healing the clan (in this case, the clan along the male line) does not require absolute ideality (such stories refer to the Snow Queen).

Humanity is always a little flawed, with something that I would call individuality.

In this tale, the symbolism of numbers is also important, because eleven brothers plus one sister = twelve is a magic number, symbolizing integrity, completeness - a yearly cycle (also found in the fairy tale "12 months", "Cinderella", etc.).

So the tale symbolizes a way to achieve balance. The balance is not equal, but one is eleven, or 10 brothers with two arms are not equal to one with a wing.

Equilibrium / integrity is inequality.

The masculine is not equal to the feminine, the night is not equal to the day.

In this sense, the unconscious is a fabulous space, where everything is not the same as in consciousness, where 2 + 2 = 5.

Equality presupposes a special state where the border is erased, such as on the days of the autumn / spring equinox.

It is on such days that otherworldly forces penetrate the world of reality.

The heroine saves the brothers and regains speech.

The deed is done - you can talk!

Of course, the prince understands her and repents that he did not listen to his heart, but was led to the persuasion of the bishop.

So in life, we often rob ourselves, listening to the environment, and not our soul.

Use the plot of the fairy tale "Wild Swans" (pay attention to the name "wild" !!!) to work out generic programs, especially if the men of your clan did not have enough strength, there were cases of humiliation of women by men in the clan, etc. Remember all the significant men of the clan and heal with the power of nettles.

I will dwell on the symbolism of nettles. It is no coincidence that in a fairy tale nettle is a way to remove evil magic.

Indeed, nettle is credited with magical properties, and in addition to eliminating damage and witchcraft, it is recommended to use it when it is necessary to change.

Agree, in order to pick nettles with your bare hands, you need a remarkable will!

Stinging nettle got its name not by chance, because on different plants it carries different flowers - on a separate plant - male, on a separate plant - female.

Here I see the theme of non-interference in the opposite territory, because a mother makes (initiates) a daughter a woman, and a father a son, and not vice versa, although no one cancels the importance of the influence of a parent of the opposite sex.

Well, and another important aspect.

Nettle is rich in vitamins, which means it has nourishing power and many women know that it is able to stop bleeding.

In this plot, we are talking not just about bleeding (blood is a symbol that connects us with the family, about relatives and they say "native blood"), but a bleeding wound (trauma transmitted from family to family).

The family has both the pain of generations and the one who stops the “bleeding” by the power of the soul, that special hero who heals the family.

Having completed the mission, he, like Eliza, can take up his personal life.

As a separate person, so the genus bear their trauma, but the dream is stronger than the trauma!

Fairy tales are different. Some warn, for example, "Red Shoes" (about deprivation of legs), but most of the content of the fairy tale plot contains not only a warning, but also an answer to the question of what needs to be done (what work to do on oneself) in order to resolve the difficulty, break the chain of troubles and exit the script.

Since childhood, I love fairy tales, I believe in their power and thank my grandmother and mother for love for them and the universe, for teaching me to read signs.

Well, and, most importantly, remember, picking up a pen (maybe a swan) and paper, any script can be rewritten.

Write your fabulous stories and bring them to life!
