The main mistake that a person looking for a job makes is the thought that it is he who is to blame for everything: the resume is not written in the right way, he is looking for the wrong sites, not what he says at the interview, but such thoughts plunge a person into despair. Sometimes it even comes to the fact that he begins to post quotes of Steve Jobs and is interested in cryptocurrency, and this is already a sign of depression and the absence of even minimal prerequisites for self-realization. At this stage, a potential job seeker is extremely vulnerable and becomes easy prey for metrosexual boys in credit suits who broadcast about how to start a business from scratch and other representatives of the HR occult.

At the time of this writing, I specifically went to a very famous job search site, so I am sharing with you dry numbers. The site contains 37 million resumes (!), And vacancies by the way - 600 thousand, as it was already in 2008, when in a month a weighty magazine in which vacancies were published lost three times to the level of a brochure.

In order to remove at least some of the blame from you for unemployment or for the inability to improve your career positions, I will share my experience not as a psychologist, but as a HR director of a large federal network, perhaps this experience will be useful to you.

The first thing I want to draw your attention to is that if you are invited for an interview, then it is far from the fact that they are interested in you. The fact is that daily or weekly, the HR manager must report on the work done. One of the performance indicators, in addition to filling a vacancy, is the number of interviews conducted, and the manager simply invites a candidate who is very close to the resume, so that they close the reporting and create the appearance of work.

So, it came to the interview. Do you know what is the best way not to worry during an interview? Until this time, go ten times for interviews in which you are absolutely not interested and it is obvious to you that you will never work there. This is the perfect way to develop self-regulation and in a key interview, which will be very important to you, you will be able to show your best side. It will also allow you to adapt to answers to questions that you may find provocative and so different. After a dozen of completed interviews, you will see how similar and down-to-earth they really are. Yes, I'm talking about questions like: how do you see yourself in five years and why did you want to clean our toilet?

An important topic that I simply cannot skip over is the topic of an inferiority complex. And this topic could cost you your job. A person is woven from complexes and the HR manager is no exception. During the interview, it is very important to understand who is interviewing you - the owner, the founder of the company, the HR director or the primary manager. If you turn out to be smarter than the first three, then you will most likely be taken, if you are clever at the primary, then fly to the ban. Remember, never provoke an inferiority complex in your primary recruiter. A person with a salary of 30 thousand rubles has to tell every day that earnings in their company are unlimited, and here you are with your intellectual dominance.

More than anyone else in the world from among the applicants, I feel sorry for those who from the fundamental field of good higher education, due to various circumstances, are forced to look for a job much easier. The work may be simpler, but the resistance to stress should be simply colossal due to the usual nature of such a dialogue:
