There is an opinion that, supposedly, a psychologist or a psychotherapist can get into the "brain" to turn off the consciousness, do business there and not suggest something to a person, or subjugate his will or write "other programs" into the brain without the knowledge of the person.

In general, what is not in the minds of some people, I do not even touch on the topic of trance and hypnosis … There are so many nonsense and myths here … some say such nonsense that people are then afraid to go to specialists and solve their problems. With any work, it does not matter whether work is happening in a trance or in hypnosis - a person is aware of everything that is happening to him and if he himself does not want any changes will not happen.

There is no elementary basic understanding of the functioning of the psyche, there is no understanding of what principles human physiology works by, there is no elementary understanding of how the brain works, which parts of the brain are responsible for what, how information is perceived and processed, in what modes the brain of each person works.

Read somewhere on the Internet of all sorts of nonsense, or even better, a friend or girlfriend said !!! Awesome, qualified source of information !!! All this forms the wrong attitude towards counseling and psychotherapy. Instead of an “easy and productive” attitude to the process of working with a specialist, many develop an incorrect and clumsy perception of the work of a psychologist / psychotherapist.

I will give a simple example: if a computer breaks down and a person does not understand how to fix it, then he takes it to a specialist, he fixes it and that's it, you can continue to enjoy life, use a working computer. So why is there no such attitude towards psychologists / psychotherapists. If something breaks down in the psyche, go to a specialist, fix the malfunction and enjoy life.

Instead, many people have convictions like this: it’s embarrassing, bad, scary to go to a psychologist. Perhaps you have the same conviction. Stop and think, where did it come from? How through social programming did you develop certain thoughts and attitudes towards working with a psychologist / psychotherapist / coach? Whether they help you to solve your problems in the course of life, or vice versa, only slows down and interferes with life. In the place of going and solving their problems, many drag them with them for years !!! Of course, there are stupid, incompetent people who pretend to be professionals, but they are easy to figure out and they will not be able to work for a long time, they will quickly ruin their reputation. And there are specialists - who professionally do their job, because firstly, not everyone is able to fix their brains, and secondly, you need a good, strong and extensive knowledge base and skills in order to do their job efficiently.

How to be?

It is necessary to find specialists, professionals in their field who understand how a person's personality is arranged, according to what principles and rules it works, in what sequence it develops, it is necessary to understand how to systematically efficiently and quickly solve the client's problems. Such people understand that if something is broken in the psyche, then how it can be repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I can say from practice that quite often many problems that come with are solved for HOURS of hard work !!! I do not take cases when a person, for example, has organic disorders or his entire life is not built, it is clear that it will not be possible to solve problems quickly here. But many problems are resolved rather quickly and there is no need to spend months on them, and even more so years of life.

What happens most often in practice

At first, a person spends years of life, walks with a problem, she already gets him to the edge, and only then he decides to try to fix it in order to live a normal life. Only when the problem has already multiplied and it is no longer possible not to notice it, he is solved how to change the state of affairs. But then do not be surprised that you will have to work with her longer than when she was just in its infancy.

Summary

In general, summing up what I want to say. There is no need to waste the time of your life and hope that the problems will go away on their own, will not go away. Each problem has a lesson that a person must learn. A person can try to decide something for himself, maybe of course something will work out, or you can break it and only make it worse. Because the psyche is a complex, but predictable mechanism. Understanding the principles of which, you can quickly and efficiently solve emerging problems, this is exactly what professional psychologists / psychotherapists are able to do, or you can walk with problems and suffer for years, this is everyone's Choice. Live happily, solve emerging problems quickly and easily.

That's all. Until next time. Sincerely Dmitry Poteev.
