Star of feelings
Draw a circle on a piece of paper. Divide this circle into 10 (or 8 or 12 sectors). At the edges of the sectors, write any feeling that is important to you. On the edge of the opposite quadrant, write the feeling that you consider opposite to the first. Enter into the next sector one more feeling that is important for you and again into the opposite sector - the opposite feeling to it. Fill in the whole circle this way. Then paint each field with the color that corresponds to the feeling recorded in the sector.
