Today I propose an organizational motivator that works by reducing the tension in the attitude.

Illustrating. Let's take a regular going to the gym. Many people argue that such an action for them is something akin to torture. And every time before going to the hall, a whole struggle of motives begins inside. And all why? Because:

- we tend to see the perspective of the case (that is, all the components of the case)

- we remember the negative well and vividly

- we love to feel sorry for ourselves

- we love comfort

And all this in one bottle. That is, before going to the gym, we already see that we will have to dress now, collect change of clothes, cover the distance to the gym, change clothes again, warm up muscles, strain on simulators or with a trainer, swear to ourselves, take a shower, again change clothes, then trudge home. We remember well that we repeatedly in the process of training thought about how to throw all this to hell. We remember our hatred (at certain moments) for the trainer and individual simulators. Remember the droning and wooden muscles. Remember how you feel sorry for yourself. And about how many good things we have at home, next to us, only stretch out your hand and …

That is why you can use the one-step strategy at such moments. Like hiking in the mountains. When you do not set yourself the task of reaching point B. No, you just need to walk to the nearest tree, then to the turn, then to a pretty stream, then to the nearest hillock, then another tree, and then, once, and you are already at the top at point B.

That is, going to the gym is a whole carriage of small steps. And it can seem like a daunting process. But getting dressed is quite real. Packing things in a gym bag or backpack is also real. And even covering the distance to the point of the hall is a very real task. As well as one approach to the simulator.

And there is a nuance here. When you use a one-step approach at a time, it is important for you to catch the feeling of relief.

That is, to directly direct the focus of attention to the fact that you are not a whole business anymore, but still only a small part of it. To create some kind of inner "fuh, okay, I can do that." If this nuance is not used, then the psyche quickly takes over and begins a bagpipe about how tired, poor and unhappy you are.

Try it.
