A person has 2 polar positions of his activity - action or inaction. We all know that it is very important to know the "golden mean". But we often forget about it.
When we are faced with certain difficulties in our life, we have a choice: to give up or continue. Depending on how many resources we have at the moment (health, energy, knowledge, support), how important and paramount this goal is for us - we make a decision. Everyone will have their own.
Everything in life is cyclical. Having overcome one obstacle, the second, the third comes … This is our process of continuous development. And again: you can do "as always" for 5, 10 years … Or you can let new skills, experience, people, relationships into your life.
And strength comes only through action.
This is how I do: I can do something for a long time, then pause for a while, get angry if I delayed my inaction, see my pain points or moments that I am no longer ready to put up with and actively begin to take actions towards my goals. Life is motion. But the solitude and the pause allow me to see the important thing.
You asked how to be constructively angry? Here is your answer. Direct him into action. At least just for a walk. Switch your attention from negativity and endless scrolling in your head of discontent to the opportunities that you already have here and now.
