Trolling on the Internet is caused by unexpressed aggression diverted from a close object to a safer online object. Trolling is evidence of the subject's unresolved internal conflict.

Wikipedia says: "Trolling is a form of social provocation or bullying in network communication, used as personalized participants interested in greater awareness, publicity, shocking."

The reasons for trolling may be conscious, but more often unconscious. Trolling is a heap of unresolved internal problems with the manifestation of aggression directly to the person to whom the aggression is directed. This is a way to indirectly respond to the mental stress created by unspoken, unfinished situations in the subject's private life. Most often, trolling indicates the unsolved problems of the adolescent period of the trolling himself.

So, a close object is saved from the overwhelming aggression of the troll, but the Internet becomes that garbage can, into which all the garbage from the unconscious is merged. Getting pleasure from this process of trolling may indicate a sadistic personality. The troll needs an urgent "cleansing procedure", and therefore is looking for a way how this can be done in the shortest possible way. The Internet is the fastest way to empty the internal mental container from the held anger, which is no longer able to hold on to rage, since the troll does not see a single opportunity to tell a loved one about his anger, since it is scary to lose what is (contact with this loved one human).

It is useless to enter into negotiations with a troll and prove something to him, since his task is not to hear that there is someone else nearby and what is unpleasant for him, what is happening, but the primary task is to "drain", to get rid of monstrous tension of restrained aggression. The troll is afraid of losing close contact, so he goes to the Internet and looks for a "trash can" there.

The troll, of course, does not just choose where to "unload". He searches for a suitable topic on the Internet and discharges to the fullest. Therefore, the topic of the post, under which the troll was found, is a topic directly related to the mental problem of the troll.

The first and invariable way that the troll uses is an attack on opinion in a rather shocking form. Further, of the techniques, there can be frequent depreciation or criticism (although no one asked for criticism) - like - "you are nothing, you are wrong, stupid." And the last shift of responsibility: "the fool himself"

The most distinctive feature of trolling: the troll does not offer anything, he denies everything, he argues for the sake of a dispute, for the sake of winning a dispute, devalues, humiliates, criticizes. He chops down to his last breath.

Teenage problems, the described mechanisms of protection from the internal tension of the suppressed aggression of the troll, as a rule, are a lack of love and attention (therefore the troll shocks: "Well, give at least some attention, if not love, then at least spank your butt") and low self-esteem as a result of prolonged frustration of the need for recognition, admiration. Therefore, the troll is usually arrogant in his judgments. It increases its value through devaluation and provocation. He is a hero, as he holds the fire and he “doesn't care” what you think of him (although in reality he is not). The troll knows that sooner or later you will block him and often the troll is unable to stop himself asks in the comments: "block me." He is not able to leave on his own.. Since in fact such a person has a sense of guilt, hidden, just as suppressed and unconscious, as unconscious as his aggression. Somewhere in the depths of consciousness there is a feeling that he is doing something wrong. And this sense of guilt seeks punishment in the form of blacklisting.

The child, if he cannot achieve the love of the parent, begins to provoke the parent's anger and punishment. It is this punishment that the troll considers placing him on the black list and is always ready for this and even initially tends to go there. He really wants to be important, significant, loved, but he does not know how to achieve this, since through love and kindness he has no experience to go to his need. There is simply no such early experience and he uses the experience that is available to him. So I guess the troll is actually very unhappy and lives in a lack of attention, recognition and love. And he is angry with those close ones who could give him all this, but for the very reason they do not give, that the most difficult thing is to love those who need it the most. Inside the troll, there is no self-love, no self-respect, so he mirrors this disrespect and hatred on the Internet under posts that touch his theme.

The troll is open - it falls like snow on its head under the post and is emptied abruptly and putridly. Also, the troll is hidden. At first, he even seems to you like a sweet, affectionate person, but then something starts to happen and the sheep's skin is shed. It is easier, of course, to cope with the first category of trolls: "If you shit - go to the ban." But with "affectionate" trolls it is more difficult.. They start the process of emptying more slowly, and at first you do not even understand what is happening and where the sheep have wolf teeth or why a beautiful flower suddenly expels a stench.. It is more difficult with these, they confuse their moves and weave slowly intrigue taking pleasure in their maneuvers, watching you as you get lost in the situation. And here they are just the true trolls - devourers of your time, energy and emotions. But as a result, both those and others find themselves in a "bath")).

Who is most often attacked by trolls? The further you step out of the shadows to the level of publicity, the greater the risk of attracting the troll's attention. Since the troll is an envious creature by nature with a strangled pride. And the more you become popular on the social network, the more Trolls attack you.

The most important thing for a troll is, besides increasing his self-esteem, receiving your emotion. Therefore, you need to deal with them as with the abuser (in fact, they are online abuser) - if found, quickly break off the contact. Therefore, on any social network, the first thing you should learn is a quick way to blacklist.

Health is above all. And the troll cannot be fixed.))
