The causes of diseases of the physical body, in addition to congenital pathologies, lie in the sphere not of the physical, but in the psychological-mental-volitional sphere. In the non-physical part in which decisions are made. Decisions can be both conscious and unconscious (to give or not to give the awakened impulse to manifest it outward). It would be more accurate to say that the cause of the disease is precisely the internal decision to "not let" come out of what was born inside, as an impulse. Motivation, but not lived through, remains locked in the body, as in a cage, and later becomes the basis of disease

The human body is triune: head - chest - belly.

In various shamanic cults, there is an amazing perception of the structure of the world, as the unity of THREE. Shamanism, as the anthropological progenitor of all religions that especially honor the divine trinity, calls these worlds: Upper, Lower and Middle. The world of Carlos Castaneda calls them: Nagual, Strength, Tonal. In the same way: the world of thoughts, the world of feelings and the world of actions finds in their names in the Slavic tradition as Nav, Yav and Prav. The Eastern vision of the triune nature of man describes him as consisting of three "cauldrons". These three main sectors of our body duplicate their trinity in other peripheral parts. If we look at the finger, we see three phalanges (nail, middle and main). The nail phalanx is symbolically the head, the middle phalanx is the chest and the main phalanx is the stomach. If we look at the entire arm as a whole, we will see - the hand, forearm and shoulder. Likewise, the leg consists of the obvious articulations of the foot, lower leg and thigh, where the foot will be the projection of the head, the lower leg is symbolically the emotional sector, and the thigh is the analogue of the abdomen (vital center). The thigh, for example, is also attached to the physical “life-bearer” body, just as our body is gravitated towards the life-giving Earth.

Consider the ideal picture of a healthy, whole person. The healthy flow of energy processes in a triune connection is a complete coherence between its three "worlds" of thought, feeling and deeds - they are one. Three in one seamless connection always

Ideally, it would look like this:

every thought that comes to a person's head goes the way to its materialization;

"fertilization" washed with emotion - becomes an action (deed);

an action leads to a manifest fact that we can contemplate.

And contemplating the created event, a person comes to a new thought and the cycle repeats over and over again. Thus, the energy moving in a circle repeatedly traces an “axis” in a person. From this process, he better and better feels his inner core and lives in complete harmony with himself. His life works!

But is this so in modern man? Thoughts, feelings and actions of a modern inhabitant of a metropolis are strongly mismatched / unbalanced

How can you have a healthy body when the three major systems are out of balance?

As long as a person has the resource of youth, the very power of life “repairs” his body. While the hormonal sphere amortizes his internal, small "betrayals" of his emotions and / or desires, a person does not feel bad for a long time. But with age, when the hormonal sphere weakens, it is found that the "error" has accumulated and the entropy increases. As the people say: “where it is thin, there it breaks.” When the zones of unrealized energy by a person are overloaded, they begin to “crack at the seams”.

How are these risk areas identified and how do they relate to our own attitudes towards ourselves?

Usually the most problematic areas in the body are the transition zones. The place where thoughts turn into feelings and the place where feelings turn into desires is the throat. In these places, “stopping energy” accumulates and it manifests itself through fear. One of the types of fear is “fear of consequences”, which leads a person to the fact that he declares himself a ban on some especially vivid and / or uncomfortable feelings, and as a result, a ban on the realization of many desires. The habit of forbidding oneself to express emotions (from childhood) leads to the fact that when a flu epidemic occurs in a city, a good half of the population is sick with the flu. The unspent energy in the throat is excellent food for viruses. There are those who can afford to express feelings, talk about them and show them, but do not allow themselves to follow the path of realizing their desires. Explaining in every possible way to yourself and others why “no”. They accumulate energy in the area of the diaphragm (another transition zone, similar to the throat). It affects the liver, stomach, pancreas, small intestine, or any combination of these, and can result in chronic diseases of these organs.

It is very interesting to consider the concept of “men don't cry”. This creates favorable conditions for male strokes and heart attacks due to the fact that men who believe in this have to suppress their own emotional sphere, the center of which is in the thoracic region. At the same time, women who were told "girls do not behave like that" suppress the center of actions and deeds in themselves. They suffer more often from chronic diseases in the field of gynecology and intestines. Diseases are a dialogue between the body and its owner. The body says to the person (who has been "playing" with itself for a long time in suppression and not allowing) in the language of pain: "master" pay attention, something is going wrong!

The three worlds within us speak different languages to us. The language of thoughts is one of them, and this language is the most understandable for us. A person often calls the thoughts that come to him - his inner voice. And he can sincerely believe that his thoughts are all of Him. But there are two more voices inside us and they speak to us in a language: emotions and the language of sensations. These signaling systems, like a dashboard, inform their owner about important things. Unfortunately, many people try to "pay off" their dashboard. When one’s emotions and sensations begin to “broadcast”, it is reflected by physical pain or “uncomfortable” emotions inside the person. Then the person begins to fight these signals with volitional and medication methods.

People sometimes choose to “rape” and suppress themselves. They fear the consequences of their actions if they follow their emotions and desires. However, it is precisely by following his inner promptings, listening to his emotions and desires, that a person realizes his nature.

Health rests on 3 pillars:

Do what you love

Eat what you love

Sleep with the one you love.
