A woman is accumulated by emotions. It absorbs them like a sponge. It doesn't matter what kind of emotions they are: negative or positive. These emotions happen to her in relation to her own experiences, as well as in contact with others: husband, children, parents, colleagues, friends, strangers in a bank, shop, airport, train, etc. Sometimes the thought may arise in my head: “Well, why is this happening, after all, everything was really good?”
The reservoir doesn't care what we fill it with. When it is full, the day comes in which a woman becomes extremely irritated, hot-tempered, everything enrages her. It is on this day that everything seems to become very aggravated. Almost any area of life seems to her not what she wanted and dreamed of.
What can you do on this day? Dedicate it to yourself. Leave your tank empty. Allow yourself to be sad, look at what you do not like in your loved ones (remembering, at the same time, that the situation will pass and the mood will change), cry, articulate all thoughts (out loud to yourself or to a psychologist). Do what you feel like doing. The main thing to remember is that your actions should be directed towards yourself.
At this moment, I really want to tell my spouse how tired you are of something in him. However, it is not his fault that your reservoir is overfilled and suddenly it became unbearable for you to be with him. After all, you now want to speak out in order to change him. And you yourself cannot change yourself and accept what annoys you in your husband. In general, if you do not have a goal of breaking up with your beloved, stay away from him during such periods. I want support from him, the best thing you can do is ask you to hug. It is important to remember that today you feel bad and you break into a partner, and tomorrow, when you feel good, you will find 1000 reasons to be with him. We women are like that.
Also, at this moment, your children and parents are not to blame for doing something wrong. Yesterday you were a patient mother and daughter, but today a word or behavior made you rudely answer or shout.
Your friends may not seem so reliable to you. And in general, from time to time, there may be doubts about friendship. All the mistakes of friends come to mind: they said something wrong, did not take the time, did not support the idea, were not invited to a museum or theater, etc.
And of course, the professional sphere and self-esteem suffer greatly during this period.
Any woman needs to remember that this is only a period. Here's a day. Listen to yourself and feel how emotionally overwhelmed you are. This is the only reason why everything seems so unpleasant to you. Knowing this information about yourself can help you prepare for a tough day. Your reaction to the outside world will be negative. Any little thing can unsettle you. And that's great! Through all these situations, you are emptied. Someone said a phrase that touched something inside, and you burst into tears, freaked out? - already less emotions. Do not worry in case of any unpleasant quarrels, conversations during which emotions come out of you. These situations arise from your internal request. And more often than not, your opponent has the same condition.
What else can you do? I offer you lucid conclusions of emotions:
- All anti-stress toys
- Make a dough out of water and flour, drink it, realizing that emotions come out through your hands (then throw out the dough)
Mix different cereals, legumes and also play with them, as if you were playing with anti-stress toys
- Exhale the state by taking a short breath and a strong exhale
- Beat the pillow, play the ball
And I remind you again. It is important to be on your own. Understand that this is only a period. And also remember that the reservoir is yours and has nothing to do with others.
