Once you were a financial god, a successful leader, just stewed in office life. But times are changing: you were hooked, set up, laid off - in a word, forced to give up your dream job. And now you are sitting, like an old woman at a broken trough, with your chin resting on your hand, and your face sulky. You gaze into the blue distance, and you can only sigh about the past.

And someone, who was also treated to a kick in the ass, have already forgotten about their high-profile status, and are in full swing mastering a new field of activity. Moreover, they brazenly went "into the fields" and started their first startup, literally from scratch.

"How so?" - you think, because this is a mockery of the former merits, the erasure of oneself from the past. And diplomas, certificates, competencies - you will get them in a new place someday! But time passes, and it inexorably shows on whose side truth, realism and, ultimately, success.

Then you, while timidly, begin to look closely, listen, or rather listen to your heart, which has long sent you to floriculture, or to painting, and most certainly to writing.

So, as if by the way, in thought, the first flower boutique appears. And you have been studying in watercolor courses for a month already, actively write posts on social networks, with further shooting for publications in magazines.

Now there is no time to grieve, especially if along the way you are completing a specialization or retraining in psychology, and have already (oddly enough for you) acquired the first clients. Both scary and joyful - but the eyes are afraid, but the hands are doing.

Meanwhile, your former colleagues are still sitting humbly at home, and they miss the better times, the City, the projects they used to give heat and wipe their nose to the financial community of Moscow. And you just have no time to communicate with them, and somehow it is no longer interesting to listen to them.

After all, you have to run to buy a new set of brushes and paints, keep an eye on flower supplies, and most importantly, it's time to prepare for the final exam in a new specialty …

It is up to you to decide and decide - to reboot your life at a time of crisis, or to continue fruitlessly nostalgic, albeit for the most beautiful, but - the past.
