1. Draw a circle. Divide it into 6-8-12 equal sectors.

2. Imagine that this circle is a reflection of your life. Fill all sectors with the most significant spheres. In each sector, write down one of the most important areas of your life, for example: health, career, family, creativity, friends (communication), spiritual development, hobbies, money, recreation, etc.

3. You will have 8 important areas of life.

4. Rate how satisfied you are with each of the areas of your life today, giving a score from 0 to 10.

Where 0 is a complete dissatisfaction with the sphere, when you can say: "I am absolutely unhappy!"

At the same time, it is very important that you make an assessment based on your personal feelings. For example, if your financial condition completely satisfies you, do not let others impose on you the opinion that this area "does not reach 10" for you. Be guided by your personal beliefs and feelings.

5. Shade each sector according to its score. Now you can see which wheel you are driving at a given moment in your life. The smoother it is, the more balance is in all areas of your life.

6. Evaluate the results obtained by answering the questions:

 Which areas are leading?

 What areas do you need to "tighten"?

 Which area would you like to start changing in the near future?

Note that the weakest areas are also the most potential ones. By working on them, you will get the fastest results and maximum benefit.

7. Write for each area:

 What will be the score for you 10. That is, what would be the ideal situation for you in this area.

 What needs to be done to make the change happen?

Have you decided? Now write down three steps you can take to correct the situation in the areas where the skew is the most.
