From the author: … I just read another article about the negligence of some psychologists: "5 signs that you need to get out of the psychologist's office."

1) The psychologist gives you an assessment

(not to be confused with the diagnosis. The psychotherapist begins with the diagnosis)

2) The psychologist gives you advice.

No! Then this is an instructor, teacher or advisor, not a psychologist.

3) He, a psychologist, uses strange, let's say even humiliating methods.

and decided to defend professional psychotherapists.

Let me explain: psychologists are not trained by education to influence the psyche of a client, Psychotherapists, by definition, study and master methods of influencing the client's psyche for recreational purposes, including provocative psychotherapy and manipulation.

Some believe that the culture of psychology (psychotherapy) in Russia is at a very low level and is formed primarily by specialists, in particular, their low level of competence.

I ask you not to confuse PSYCHOLOGISTS and PSYCHOTHERAPists - these are different specialties, although they are very similar in name.

• Psychologists - give an opportunity to speak out and see yourself from the outside, they are like a "mirror", the smoother the mirror, the better the "reflection"

• Psychotherapists - study and successfully apply methods of influencing the client's psyche, for health purposes, and ONLY on a voluntary basis, at the request of the client..

Not only a "mirror", but also an "effective transformation tool"

But let's figure it out, I'll give you an example. In my practice, I use 3 main methods:

• Analytical approach (psychoanalysis)

• Cognitive-behavioral approach (behaviorism)

• Hypno-trance approach (hypnotherapy)

I hope the experts will understand me:

• Hypnotherapy - fast, but not for long. (1-2 sessions per week of the result)

• CBT - changes behavior patterns (2-3 months of regular therapy)

• - at the level of personality transformation (for a long time, from 1 year or more, but reliably).

Initially, the client wants to FAST:

- Doctor, hypnotize me so that I clap - and become happy!

The request is there - bang - and it's done, 30 minutes of trance, and the client is happy head over heels … for 2 days.

The client comes again:

- The pill is over.

I'm talking:

- Now let's change our habits ?!

- Let's!

2-3 months - changed. Not built in. Why? We need a personality analysis at the level of “deep psychotherapy”.

We begin to engage in Psychoanalysis.

The client is already sure that the methods work and patiently painstakingly works on himself. Uraaa !!! Success!!! Everyone is happy!!!

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

Problems begin when the client immediately climbs into (and its derivatives: Transact, Gestalt, and other lengthy methods).

What is his first problem: GREED.

Already whole 2 weeks are already working - but there is no result.

And what can be the result of "deep therapy" in 2 weeks?

Yes, no!

Personality Transformation - at least 1 year … MINIMUM !!!

Well, unless, of course, the specialist is not a charlatan.

So the client begins to think that a specialist is bribing him for money (as a rule, a state of dissatisfaction with a specialist just begins after 2-3 weeks of practice - I call this "Demonic states", borrowed from Eastern practices).

Of course, what does the client do?

Instead of noting the positive effect of the transformations that have begun, it begins to cycle on the painfulness of the process.

And, as a result, he goes to another specialist.

Democracy is the same. is voluntary.

A client comes to another specialist.

Will he tell another specialist that he is sorry for the money spent, which was spent because of his mental rigidity? Of course not!

How, first of all, can you justify your own qualities that interfere with therapy?

That's right! The easiest way is to slander the former specialist….

- This is ooon, a kind of hack, he pulled money out of me, but he criticized me, and gave advice, and had no structure, and what else is there …..?

(articles on the topic of incompetence of psychologists are already a dime a dozen, it would be better to describe the methods and experience of their psychotherapy than criticize colleagues)

… and I should have asked the client himself what he learned POSITIVE from the previous specialist ?!

Idea for a specialist!

(It is not fashionable to give advice nowadays, it seems to be unprofessional, therefore - "I'll throw in an idea")

If a client has not received anything positive from a former professional … so why will he receive something positive from you.

And where did you get the idea that after that he will not write a slander against you to the Association of Psychologists

And here the most important question of PROFESSIONAL activity arises:

What determines the effectiveness of any professional's activity?

Let me open publicly the main secret of all paid specialists. Absolutely everyone: psychologists, plumbers, prostitutes, ministers of various affairs, police officers, gardeners, etc.

PROFESSIONAL activity of ANY profession is determined by the amount of money earned.

Tell me that this is not so, and I will immediately send a hundred people to you for your FREE services.

Under capitalism (and we live under capitalism), efficiency is determined by the profit received.

But in psychology (psychotherapy) - that is all sooo complicated.

• The result of psychotherapy depends not only on the specialist, but also on the client himself (in contrast, for example, from doctors, who, if his ears are cut off, then the proof of the result is the presence of cut off ears)

• It is more profitable for a specialist to conduct more consultations than less

(10 sessions is 10 times more profitable than 1 consultation)

• False Ego is inherently irrational.

If it were not for the influence of the False Ego, then the person would be absolutely happy, spiritually realized, in general - he would not have mental problems. vegetable - in one word). And the concept of rigidity of the psyche would be absent altogether, in the absence of this very psyche in the Personality.

Which is more profitable: RESULT or PROCESS?

• The result is kind of more logical, more rational

• The process is more profitable (for a specialist. More consultations - higher income).

The difference is now clearer:

PROCESS-oriented therapy (PROCESS in priority, not RESULT), and RESULT-oriented therapy

(The PROCESS is more profitable, the main thing is to correctly argue the client's relevance. See "Methods of manipulation".

Another criterion for the effectiveness of a professional is the ability to convince of the importance of the proposed product or service. It goes without saying that it is very useful to criticize the "old" specialist, supporting the game of the client-manipulator. "Adjusted" so to speak … I installed the rapport with the client.

Who needs the Result?

… To the client? - I doubt it (for the most part)

Most of his Subpersonalities will be against successful therapy.

Yes, and rigidity will slow down, who wants to change their swamp, well, well, well !!!

Even in the picture, the ratio is one-to-two … 33.3% + a flower with the sun!

… For a specialist ??

…. in sooo rare cases - If he is not interested in money.

Will you strongly believe me if I declare that I am not directly interested in the financial side of my professional activity ???

at best, you will say that I am strange.

However, most of the PROFESSIONAL psychotherapists are really focused on the result (not the process)!

Why!?

Yes, because of personal priorities.

It is more profitable to abandon a negligent client than to traumatize your own psyche

Every professional knows that it is easier to pay a thousand a day than to "knock down a hand".

Folk wisdom (anecdote):

The inspector comes to the bar, orders 100 gr. vodka.

The bartender pours.

The inspector immediately pours into a measuring cup - 90 g. The bartender is fined.

A week later, the same checker in the same bar from the same bartender again orders 100 grams. vodka. Measures - 90 g again! Fines again.

After another week, history repeats itself. The inspector fails:

- This is the third time I have come to you, you already know me by sight, I fine you every time, but you still pour 90 grams!

Bartender:

- Yes, it's easier for me to pay you a fine than to knock your hand down!

Psychotherapist comment:

“Yes, it’s easier for me to give you what you want than to injure your built psyche over the years (and long supervision).”

• Want to talk? - WellCome, … 2000 rub./hour

• Want to change: to be successful, efficient and happy.

With pleasure I will work with you TOGETHER !!!

The choice is yours!!!

Do not forget to declare the Request and the Goals of psychotherapy only at the very first setting session.

(both concerns: both the Client and the Therapist

You can still talk for a very long time about the competence of specialists, about the negligence of clients (rigidity of the psyche, resistance).

But let's summarize somehow:

"Do not stand and do not jump, do not sing, do not dance, where construction is in progress or a crane is suspended."

…….. I am so amnestied the built-in suggestion, I think hypnologists will understand
