Each of us has a huge number of different beliefs. Conscious and unconscious. If from the subconsciousness at home it is not always possible to get something, then with the consciousness we are "on you". Therefore, we can "catch" all our unpleasant beliefs and transform them into pleasant ones.

This is a little trick that changes your life, and if you use it, you will change your life for the better. Whoever does not work on this - he still uses this method automatically, but in most cases to his own harm.

Why is it important to change beliefs?

Beliefs are thoughts that evoke emotions and sensations. When we often repeat, we scroll the same thought in our head, it becomes a part of us at the level of sensations. And we are already beginning to identify with certain beliefs. This forms around us a certain circle of friends and different situations in which our beliefs are confirmed and consolidated even more.

Let me give you an example: let's say I'm doing business with a person. Everything was fine, the business was developing, everyone was happy. Suddenly I have an idea that this person might want to "throw" me, I constantly think about it. And this person will definitely throw me out, despite the fact that everyone with whom he worked, everything turned out well. This is because I have the conviction "he might deceive me."

How does wrong belief ruin?

There are people you look at, and the thought comes to mind: "he is not very competent, he will not help me, perhaps, you shouldn't turn to him." That is, you look at him and immediately understand. As a rule, such people constantly have some kind of bloopers. This is all precisely because they have formed the belief that they are screwing up! This is the problem. And in order for them to change this, it is necessary to change their belief “I constantly screw up” to “everything is going on with me normally, everything is fine”. This is an example of a small belief that breaks the lives of many people completely! Due to the fact that they do not understand this, this trick, it is very difficult for them in life.

How can you change your belief?

We copy on a piece of paper our beliefs about any area (who you are, what you do, what happens in different situations, etc.). We mentally thank old beliefs, they also served us for something (they also have a secondary benefit). Next, we change these beliefs to those that you would like to settle in your head. And every day we repeat new beliefs, replacing old ones with them. However, it takes time for new beliefs to work! Remember that you have lived with your old thoughts for a long time, and your whole body needs to rebuild in a new way.

At first, you may feel uncomfortable. However, it will get easier each time. Over time, you will notice a change and everything will work out by itself.

It is important to understand that what we focus on is happening to us, so repeating new beliefs every day works very well. It is advisable to do this in the morning or in the evening, not in a rush, but retiring for 5-10 minutes and feel every word, tune in to a new state.
