Anonim

Target: work with emotions, express accumulated emotions in a safe way, reduce existing stress.

Materials: gouache, file / polyethylene, 2 sheets of paper, brush, water.

Instructions: Think about difficult moments in your life, unpleasant experiences, hard feelings. Feel what weighs you down at the moment. What color could this be depicted?

Take paint and depict these states on the file in the form of spots, lines, blots. Act without thinking.

Now take a piece of paper and press it against the file to transfer the paint onto the paper.

Repeat the exercise focusing on the joyful, inspiring, enjoyable moments.

Look at the resulting image, feel it, what does it look like? Give it a title and sign.

Questions to analyze the work:

• What words can describe this state?

• How often is it in my life?

• How is this condition useful for?

• How is this state of mine reflected in the surrounding world?

It is recommended to write all answers to questions in an expanded form. After completing the exercise, reread what you have written. By analyzing the details of the image and your answers, you can find many of the answers you need.
