Sometimes, in the process of therapeutic activity, absolutely magical psychological studies are born, which can later be used as a general technique for working out common problems … I am sharing with you one of my findings, friends! Use it to your health!
To illustrate, I will give you my conditional dialogue with a client (or client).
- Let's now try to turn to ourselves, to our tired Soul, driven into a dead end by circumstances. She asks you about it - listen … She whispers to you: "Do it, please!". Until now, you have pity anyone, but not yourself … And now, finally, you have the opportunity to turn to yourself - to hear, pity and warm your own heart and soul … Remember: you are the only one with yourself, there is no other and will not be, learn to spare yourself … So, let's start …
- Relax, listen to your heart, to yourself, and imagine the following … Your Guardian Angel has appeared to you and invites you to a heavenly hospital for examination and healing of your heart … Take him by the hand and ascend into Heaven, to the transparent office of the Supreme Doctor … Sit down next to the Doctor and look inside your heart, what do you see? What are the wounds, scratches and burns? What's worried about?
- Imagine that the magic Doctor invites you in turn to several rooms, where you will be provided with the necessary assistance. The first room is a purification or purification room. Here tired hearts are washed with a special jet - crystal clear, heavenly. Thus, all the dirt, all the plaque is washed off from them … I will tell you now how this procedure goes …
- Once in the first office, you will notice a golden circle in its center, you need to go up to it and stand inside. As soon as you take the starting position, a crystal clear, heavenly rain will pour down on you from above and will wash all your inner spaces, mainly your heart …

(The client informs about his feelings. You give feedback: "How wonderful! So everything is very timely, necessary, important … We are great, we help the heart to return to its true, bright state … Only a pure and clear heart can be healthy and strong … ")
- Now further … The Angel carefully takes you out of the Soul and leads you to the next room … This is an amazing space that cannot but make you smile … You find yourself on a wonderful, green meadow, under your feet - soft grass, and around - a lot of shining fireflies … Wonderful beauty …
- Fireflies are wonderful, bright; they flutter around you, flickering with living fire, like magic radiant smiles …
- Sit on soft grass and substitute yourself (trust) this magic … Fireflies will fly into you and harmonize your inner space … Each of them will bring a spark of laughter, smile, joy into your heart - an unprecedented, high, crystal clear happiness … Fill with this bewitching magic … Let it in …
- The touch of fireflies is the smile of God … May they remain in you forever … As a sign of His great Love for every person …
- When your heart is filled to the brim with light and joy, inform about it …
(The client informs you about his renewed, iridescent state. Your task is to strengthen his inner harmony. You say: "And how are you with such a beautiful, huge heart? Calm, reliable, joyful?"
- And now let's continue … We still have one more Cabinet … Saturated with light and joy from the touch of divine fireflies, we get out of the wonderful glade and move on …
- The third space, into which the Angel led you by the hand - the House of the Sun … It is powerful, light, but does not blind the eyes, but warms and gives strength … Everything is very comfortable in the Heavenly Space, here you feel PROTECTED …
Imagine all that has been said and I will continue …
- This powerful and bright Sun is the Center and Source of all spaces and times. It is here that we take our birth, destinies … It is here that we come for help …
Now we have come to our Magic Sun with one goal, to receive a powerful beam of its support to strengthen your inner sun-heart …
- You stand by the hand with the Angel in front of the Powerful Sun, your inner sun opens up to meet the Parent, and it cherishes him, shakes him, as if in a cradle, nourishes him with its strength and light … Endowing with eternal strength …
- You feel how your heart is filled with deep positive energies, how it becomes healthy and strong …
- As soon as you are filled with the power of parental involvement of the Supreme Sun, say thank you to Him and return your sun to yourself …
(The client gives you feedback. You ask him: "How do you feel? What new have you found?"
- And we are ending our magical journey … So we visited three High Offices in the spiritual, supreme Heaven … From there we come to earth, we return there after the expiration of the earthly path … Today we were There, visiting the Angel, the Sun, God … We thank these Abodes for a bright involvement and leave them.
- The return to earth lies through the magic hospital, from which we began our journey … Let's look into the office of the Supreme Doctor and tell him how you feel, what you have found new?
(We receive feedback, assess what has been achieved: "Excellent results! But note that you and I just opened our hearts to ourselves, everything that it gained during the journey was always inside … There always lived a spark of God … And today we are in this with our own eyes convinced … Your soul remembered its divine involvement with Heaven … You must try not to lose this memory and this involvement … in a certain sense - a reflection of Heaven … All around, each of us and ourselves … Our hearts are beautiful, and they have always been like this … They just sometimes get tired and get sick … And now they are healed and filled with harmony, strength … Guardian … ")
- Say goodbye to the Supreme Doctor, Heaven, God and the Sun and return with your Angel home to earth … Thank every participant in this magical journey. All of them are your true Friends …
- We finish … And for this we, having returned home, to earth, we need to thank and say goodbye to our Angel, let him go Home - to Heaven … He is always with you, but acts from there - from the angelic space … Now he is holding your hand and smiles … Embrace him … Another moment and he will disappear, but his magical participation, his HAND, you will invisibly feel all your life - always …
- We finish the magic exercise, return to our circumstances, our life - renewed, joyful, with a bright and strong heart … “How are you now - okay? Wonderful! I smile at your condition!"
Here is an exercise, dear friends! In my opinion, like much in therapeutic communication, it has its own tangible healing fullness.
