Now there are so many trainings, psychological and motivating literature, and the like. Now the lazy just doesn't talk about the need to work on thinking, work through limiting beliefs, meditate, work through emotional problems. Well, there are many directions, and each focuses on its own, but the essence is this.

And in all this, it seems to me (although I am afraid that it does not seem to me), a certain substitution of concepts took place.

Working on thinking is a good thing. But! Thinking thinking, but you need to do something in real life. How much thinking do not change, but you need to take and do. Handles, legs and who is much more than.

You need to go in for sports - to develop the very habit that is not developed in one day. You need to learn a foreign language - and he also learns more than one day, no matter how much you embed the necessary beliefs. To build relationships with people - especially if before that they were so to themselves. And so on.

Especially when it comes to new activities. Something that a person has never done before. Get up and go do. Collect feedback, change actions (if necessary), and do again. And then one more time. And so on.

Because no matter how much you set goals, and if the activity is new, there may be pitfalls. And no matter how much you work on beliefs or emotions from childhood, and if something requires a specific action, then this action must be performed. Of course, when emotions are positive and there are no mental blocks, it is more pleasant to perform the necessary actions, but all the same.

Why did I decide to write about this? Because the further you go, the more you meet people who change something inside, and sit and wait, and when will it change outside. It goes by itself. Take and change. Such an infantile position under the sauce “Well, I’m developing (in the sense, I go to trainings, read books and meditate), so I’m a fine fellow - give me life, a lot of gifts and different, but as soon as possible.”

I do not approve. Maybe this is my picture of the world. Maybe there are people who only meditate, and at this time everything is done for them. I have not seen this. Although who knows - everything can be.

The bottom line! There is a saying: "A horseshoe will never bring you happiness if you don't nail it to your hoof and start plowing like a horse." Comparison with a horse is, of course, a figure of speech, but on the whole I agree.

What about gifts? And there are gifts, they are just usually received by those who already do something in the direction of what they want.
