And the villain could dominate and do what he wanted, enjoying his life and hyper control. And he wanted to be the only person with magical abilities, namely, to know the Truth about reality. Thanks to the "dangerous disease" those who still possessed such abilities were identified and were successfully exterminated, that is, the population was subjected to genocide.
There is one profound moment in the film, as if the director was a deputy at the constellation or made a constellation for himself and in two minutes of the scene contained both the passage to the new and the permissive phrases and the search for a solution.
