The publishing house Veche published my first book in the psychological, that is, in the professional topic "Psychology: the art of finding oneself"

Excerpt from the book:

“The First World War made a big split in the consciousness of man - thousands of years of empires were destroyed, the centuries-old way of life of tens of millions of people, traditions and worldview were violated. For the first time, mankind has experienced mass extermination - by tanks, aviation, chemical weapons, concentration camps, the death of four world empires, and massive manipulations of consciousness. Hundreds of millions of people have been traumatized mentally and emotionally.

But the human soul also undergoes changes - it can be traumatized, infantile, numb, split, mosaic, in growth, transformation, in search. The human soul is diverse and multifaceted.

Not every person copes with the challenges of the 21st century, not every soul needs transformation and growth, and at the same time, that quickness and peace that it craves will never be.

The rate of change in society is so rapid that depression, neuroses and psychosis have become constant companions of a person in all countries, cultures and on all continents.

According to the WHO, by 2020 in the world, mental disorders will enter the top five diseases (these are depression, schizophrenia, panic disorder, eating disorder, dissociative identity disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, simulated disorder)

The conclusion is simple - there is only one person, but there are many challenges. The world is really becoming different. Unknown and unpredictable. The way parents lived 20 years ago does not matter anymore, society has changed.

And it is important to keep up with the changes, to master the tools for working with your inner world in order to pump your mental energy and resources. Psychology of the 21st century has a lot to offer.

And the more a person understands about himself, his thoughts, true motives, desires, tasks, strategies of behavior and benefits, the more chances he has to maintain his mental stability and health. Keep up with the times, and not lag behind, replenishing the ranks of codependent, infantile consumers, controlled and manipulated, realizing other people's desires and needs and knowing nothing about their own, because access to their inner world is blocked by their inner pain, which they are carefully guarded.

Do you want to learn how to apply psychological knowledge in your life?

If you decide (and the author really counts on it) to do the exercises in this book, look for solutions to problems or difficult situations, do not postpone. Do it all at once. Read and apply knowledge in practice"
