Music therapy. Organ.
“The organ is truly the greatest, the most daring, the most magnificent of all instrumental instruments created by human genius. It is a whole orchestra, from which a skillful hand can achieve everything. This is what Honore de Balzac spoke of about the organ.
This is a truly unique instrument. The organ combines the sounds of many musical instruments, and this has a positive effect on a person.
Any musical instrument acts on a person in 4 directions:
Body
Emotions
Logics
Intuition
Organ music improves a person's condition in cases of bronchitis and pneumonia, improves condition in diseases of the cardiovascular system, normalizes blood pressure, calms the nervous system and improves memory. Listening to organ music increases the level of human energy.
Let's do a little experiment:
get into a position that is comfortable for you and focus on your body.
How do you feel in your body?
Does it have any unpleasant sensations?
Is there tension in it?
You can write down your impressions so as not to keep them in your head.
Now focus on your emotions.
What emotions are you experiencing?
Is this one emotion or are you experiencing several emotions at the same time?
How strong are these emotions?
You can write down your impressions so as not to keep them in your head.
Let's move on to logic.
What thoughts come to you?
How do you react to them?
How many thoughts visit you at the same time?
You can write down your impressions so as not to keep them in your head.
Let's see how your intuition behaves.
What is she telling you now?
Are you calmly thinking about the future, or is your intuition painting dark pictures for you?
You can write down your impressions so as not to keep them in your head.
Now let's listen to organ music.
The first time we just listen to the melody, as if getting to know it.
The second time we create the image of the music:
What color is it?
What structure is it?
Is it cold or warm?
Where is it located in space?
For the third time we imagine how music interacts with your body, emotions, logic and intuition.
How do you feel after listening to organ music?
How does your body feel?
What emotions are you experiencing?
What thoughts come to mind?
What does your intuition tell you?
I think you felt a difference in your well-being, and listening to organ music has had a positive effect on you!
And you've got another great tool for self-regulation!
Happy practice!

3 Differences Between Resting Therapy And Crisis Therapy?
Many people turn to therapy when an inevitable collapse occurs - they were fired from their jobs, divorced their husbands, caught the child using drugs or strong alcoholic drinks, brought themselves to exhaustion or depression. Psychotherapists agree that psychotherapy begins from the place when the client has dealt with his crises, basic anxieties, strong feelings, affects and began to work for deepening, for change.

How Does Music Affect Us?
Recently we talked with a friend about music. About her different styles. The idea of a friend was as follows: a person who is fixated on only one of the types of musical direction does not develop. Why is this happening? - due to the limited direction.
