Swedes, Danes, British and Germans enjoy hobby classes in the morning before work or after office work. Often these activities have nothing to do with the person's professional specialization. Allocating time for such activities seems to be overwhelming work for a “nashensky” person, because according to the experience of many of us, daily work is so exhausting that God forbid we get home!

Nevertheless, I noticed that among my acquaintances the happiest people are those who even bothered to google hobby schools and clubs in their neighborhood. In the age of technology, live communication with like-minded people is becoming something out of the ordinary. It is these hobby groups that help to feel like an integral and multifaceted person. The feeling of loneliness and some "separateness" aggravates complexes out of the blue. Sharing exciting issues with like-minded people and discussing topics of interest is pleasant, useful and enriching. I realized this when I began to build my life according to my own priorities, and not what I supposedly "needed".

Take time for what you have always dreamed of, and you will feel how your life has become richer!

2. Caring for the environment

As a person who never has a bag and a card, it was amazing to me to observe how consciously people in developed countries save water and light. One reason is the state: for example, in the Scandinavian countries you have to pay for utilities with “hand and foot” (meaning the English idiom: “to pay an arm and a leg for something”). Another reason is education. In kindergartens and schools, children are taught to be conscious of the environment and to preserve it for the sake of future generations.

Environmental topics make up a huge part of the airtime on British radio. Imagine my surprise when I got on the whole program about the rally under the auspices of "Save the Whales!", Broadcast in the morning rush time - just at the time when people are packing lunches and strive to keep their finger on the pulse of the world.

The consciousness “take care of the environment is cool” is instilled in the British since childhood. I think that following the tendency to follow a healthy lifestyle, we must move to the next level of consciousness and accept similar values when raising our children.

With the popularization of positive psychology and the growing access to the Internet, classes with a psychotherapist are no longer stigmatized or indicative of major mental shifts. The further spread of this attitude will help our citizens to live healthy, joyful, full of positive impressions of life. Thumbs up!

4. Sports clubs

My mother never ceases to be surprised: why is it now in every second new building that they saw a simulator? Is there really a demand and business does not burn with a blue flame?

And yet yes: the demand is growing, and the muscles are swaying! The change in lifestyle and the food we consume creates a surplus of calories that needs to be squeezed somewhere. Here's what happens: the number of calories per head increases, and physical activity decreases. Hence the popularity of fitness clubs. Those naturally slender people are experts in calorie compensation.

While the prices of the most hyped gyms can alienate the rational consumer, there are always simpler options. When choosing a fitness club, you must remember that you will have to exercise, not the trainer, and it is only your responsibility to burn the amount of calories and build those types of muscles that are most important and enjoyable for you.

The simulators are almost the same everywhere. How many types and modes of treadmills do you need to finally get in shape? My friend, a fitness trainer with the tightest cubes and mouth-watering buttocks, shared that she needed a yoga mat, a horizontal bar in the hallway and a basic cardio set: a treadmill, a cycle track, an orbit track to work out the dream body.

5. Respect for the personal space of each person. "No" familiarity

Without a crust of bread, it's hard to be polite and save whales and killer whales. However, the very acceptance of positive values based on healthy relationships with oneself and the environment can be a good and strong step towards goodness, love, health and light.
