1. You cannot find something to praise yourself for.

Therefore, the first days you need to choose any event for which you could at least pat yourself on the back. Fix this state and feel into your experiences.

2. You start diary and quit.

The technique is quite simple, so I think it won't be difficult to allocate 5 minutes every day to record three events. You will begin to notice internal changes only in the middle of this process. Therefore, an important task is to get to the middle and mark the changes. I think you will want to continue on.

3. You are in a bad mood and on this day you cannot write anything.
