Recently, I was very happy with a duodenal ulcer, because the diagnostician said that everything is very bad, and in my position the first thought was about metastases or the progression of oncology.

The doctor delayed the answer and asked me to go out the door.

While I waited, everything was scrolled in my head, from where I needed to go for chemotherapy to how I would build my practice.

After all, it is not known where now I will have to undergo treatment, now that my card was thrown in my face, after my God Fairy was survived from the clinic.

It turned out to be just an ulcer. It's just an ulcer, baby!

This incident gave me two personal insights.

Insight-1. Receiving least of evils - you get, indeed, the most favorable way out of a possible solution to this problem.

Insta-2. Only in an extreme situation, out of your comfort zone, can you allow yourself to be yourself.

  1. Only when I was seriously ill, I allowed myself to do what I loved.
  2. I finally realized that building a career is not the most important thing in life.
  3. I stopped going to the office every day
  4. Much less often I go down the subway during rush hour, avoiding the crush
  5. I plan my working day myself
  6. I choose with whom and when I want to work
  7. Allowed myself to eat whatever I want
  8. Stopped wasting time on empty talk
  9. Got a lot of new knowledge and competencies
  10. Really, I enjoy every day, in any weather.

Consider not such a severe case as mine, but three others, quite common, but not fatal

How does this apply to any situation?

Health difficulties that do not lead to disability, but unpleasant

The smallest of evils. Perhaps this is how the body is trying to draw attention to itself in order to protect it from a more serious situation. Calls to look around.

Allow yourself to be yourself. Most likely, a person will have to give up something that drives into this problem and, finally, get a long-awaited rest.

Divorce or breakup for the side to be thrown

The smallest of evils. It is, indeed, the least evil than living in a destructive relationship. Divorce saves a person from dislike, which consists of: insults, betrayal, rudeness, deception, humiliation, insults, etc.

Allow yourself to be yourself. A person becomes himself, because he stops doing something to please someone who will never appreciate it, for, feelings thrown into the furnace of dislike burn out so quickly that they are unable to warm anyone.

And most importantly, a person has the opportunity to meet someone who can appreciate him.

Cut, for the one who is cut

The smallest of evils. You stop going every day where you are not welcome and waste energy on something that will never be appreciated.

Allow yourself to be yourself. Most likely, you yourself were doing something that was not your dream job. And now you are free to choose and you can look for a business to your liking.

Believe me, today it is possible at any age and in any place of residence, it is enough just to take a broader look at your capabilities.

Finally, follow a simple exercise:

Write at least 10 pluses that you got from your problem
