This exercise introduces the unconscious to the mystery of "aiming". Often we strive to achieve our goals too harshly or choose the wrong time to achieve them. Acting in imagination, we can realize what exactly we need to do in order to move towards our goal with confidence and concentration.

Sit comfortably, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax completely. Close your eyes and imagine holding a bow. Feel with your feet and all the muscles in your legs how firmly your feet are in contact with the ground. If anyone wants to get up, do it. Hold the bow with one hand and the bowstring with the arrow attached to it with the other. Feel the arm muscles tighten as you draw the bow, and now try to see the target in front of you clearly and distinctly. Notice how the arrowhead points to it. The bow is now fully charged and ready to fire, the arrow is directed precisely at the target. Feel how much energy is concentrated in the calmness of a charged bow. You only need to release the arrow so that this energy carries it to the goal. Firing the arrow will release the energy of the movement, and now the arrow is released. Watch her headlong flight and feel her striving towards the goal. Nothing exists for the arrow anymore - only the target. No doubts, no deviations, no deviations. The arrow flies flawlessly straight and enters the target's heart.

Calmly and confidently, you can send a few more arrows at the target and, as you do so, feel concentrated strength and determination directed at one point.

Say yes to those things that will lead you to your long-term, desired goals. Say no to the routine and the small waste of your time. And learn to say no to other people!

- Act, keeping a smile on your lips, and in your soul a feeling of your own strength and capabilities. During the week, say to yourself, repeat to yourself something like: “I can!”, “I am able to achieve what I want!”, “My life belongs to me!”, Any formula that you find for yourself and which will do the most to help you maintain a sense of self-confidence. You can choose a new name for yourself, which would reflect a confident, focused woman - and within a week call yourself that name (to yourself).

Imagine yourself walking along the sidewalk of a busy city street. Pay attention to passers-by. Note that some of them are joyful, others are sad, the faces of others are like a mask, under which it is impossible to understand what mood this person is. Look at shop windows, advertising banners. What else is there on the street? Cars stuck in traffic? Traffic lights with sound signal? Take a look around. And move on. Now turn and go to a quieter street, move along it slowly. Here you can meet a rare passer-by. Perhaps one of them will turn out to be your acquaintance, perhaps you will stop to talk for a few minutes, or maybe just greet each other and move on? Move on … Turn again. You find yourself in a quiet alley, at the end of which you see a temple. This is the temple of the goddess Hestia. Move towards it, inspect its majestic facade, majestic with simple austere beauty. Come to him … look at the doors of the temple, these are massive, carved wooden doors, open them, they give way easily, you enter and find yourself surrounded by complete and deep silence. Pay attention to the neatness of the carefully tidied temple. A fire burns in the center of the temple, peer into the tongues of its flame, measured and unhurried…. Sharpen your hearing, what does the silence tell you? Move towards the hearth, sit next to it and listen to its greatness. Look at the fire, feel its warmth, its light and measured burning, a calm glow, let all doubts, tearing passions, anxieties, guilt, all that does not allow you to fall asleep at night sink into it. Bring in the peace and quiet of the temple. If you are tormented by any questions, looking at the fire and listening to the silence, ask them … Listen … Be careful and do not rush to get an answer … Perhaps the answer will come in the form of an image or sensation, perhaps you will feel a light breeze touching your face, or warmth from the fire. Perhaps you will hear the friendly voice of Hestia herself? Let the fire burning in the temple move inside you, trace what images arise during this, which nooks of the soul are illuminated with light, and which are warmed up. Every time, when you are offended, crushed by demands or failures, tired of the hustle and bustle, you can come to the temple of Hestia. Here you are protected, here is peace and blessed peace. This is your home. Sit in this state for a few minutes and open your eyes."

"Catwoman, Dogwoman". Do a thought experiment. Imagine yourself as a cat. How do you like this? Is it comfortable or not? What feelings do you have? Look at yourself as if from the outside. What do you see? What would other people say if you appeared before them in the form of a cat? What would your mother say? How did your father react? Your spouse? Your first love? Your girlfriend?

What do you want to do while in the form of a cat? Where to go and what to do?

If you feel uncomfortable, try again. If nothing comes out again, try the following. Take a pen and a piece of paper, start writing what sounds in your head. For example, it could be the phrase: "You have nothing to do?" or something like that. Then analyze from whom you have most often heard such phrases. How "yours" they are. Try to fix them. Brush them off, send them to hell.

Think about how you feel about "Catwoman". Consider why you have such an attitude?

Imagine that you are going to the New Year's masquerade and you have been assigned the role of "Catwoman". What suit will you choose? Would you like being "Catwoman" or would a different role be more appropriate? For example, "Woman-Horse", "Woman-Dog", "Woman-Snake", "Woman-Monkey".

Remember your actual problems and tasks that you face. Whether the qualities of "Catwoman" are appropriate for their solution. How the qualities of "Catwoman" can be useful to you in your current situation.

What can happen in your life if you begin to develop the qualities of a cat? Whom can it help and who can it harm?

How often do you show the qualities of a cat? How long have you been "feeding" your cat? And what? What does your inner cat want? How's your inner dog doing? What does she feel now, what does she want? Bite your cat? Or perhaps the author of this article? Think what this might mean?

- Take an A4 sheet. Draw your inner cat and dog. When you complete the work, proceed to the analysis of the drawing. Who did you draw first? Did you enjoy the process of drawing a cat and a dog?
