What is an illusion in our world? What is reality? Lots of people are laughing and crying right now. Someone is sad, someone is bored, and someone is madly happy. I think there is no doubt that this is really happening to a lot of people at this point in time. All these processes are real. They are not mutually exclusive and occur simultaneously

As much as we want, we are not able to concentrate our attention on all the events that occur in a unit of time. We can only focus on one event and, lo and behold, we can choose it. If we don't do it consciously, then circumstances will do it for us.

I can independently form my attitude to life circumstances. You can be upset that you are sick, or you can be glad that you didn’t die. You can be upset about the lack of time, or you can enjoy having a huge number of things to do, which, in turn, makes life rich and interesting.

As Henry Ford said: "I cried because I did not have the money to buy new shoes until I saw a man without legs." After all, it has long been known that the angle of view determines the point of view. And what is real reality? For you, most likely the one you choose.

In the last century, physicists conducted an experiment that shocked the scientific community. By examining the behavior of quantum particles, they determined that particles behave differently if an observer of the experiment is present. From this they concluded that the presence of an observer changes the observed (observer's paradox). It turns out that our life directly depends on ourselves, and what our reality will be depends on what we focus our attention on.

So why do we so often form ourselves a negative reality?

The answer is simple. We do not form it, it is formed or it is formed, and this happens when we are not aware and allow it to be done for us.

How does this happen?

Think about the situation when you woke up in a great mood, drove to work and got stuck in traffic. You feel that you are late, you understand that there will be trouble at work and your mood is getting worse. Yes, this is your reality. Traffic jam, irritation, bad mood, fantasies and assumptions about possible problems at work.

What can you do in this situation? How can you shape your reality differently?

It is clear that you are not a magician and you will not dissolve the cork in the air. It is also pointless to complain that you chose the wrong route, did not leave early and did not choose a different job. What's done is done, you are here and now and it is you who have to shape your reality. Indeed, for external events that affect us, but are not a direct consequence of our action, we cannot be held responsible. But we are unequivocally responsible for our reaction to these events.

So you're in a traffic jam. There is nothing you can do. Then use the allotted time to good use: read a book, plan a vacation, think about something pleasant, listen to music, write a verse. It is clear that it is difficult to relax in a situation that you did not expect to find yourself in, but if you look more closely, your whole life consists of a number of situations that came as a surprise to you. So what's the point in getting upset and driving yourself into a state of gray discouragement or righteous anger? You can also look at the situation from the other side. For example, the same morning, you, the same traffic jam. As soon as you start to get upset and panic, think about the possibility that if you had not been in traffic, then some kind of trouble of a larger scale would have happened to you. We do not know what the Higher Power keeps us from. Few have been able to face the confirmation of God's purpose. Many of you know about situations when people were late for the plane, got upset, and then it turned out that the plane crashed. Then they completely changed their attitude to what was happening. So, the thought that you don't know what the cork keeps you from should be very resourceful and supportive for you.

What else prevents us from forming our positive reality on our own and consciously?

1. TV. A lot has already been said on this topic, but I will say for sure that if you often watch TV, be sure that your reality is being shaped for you. You are not being imposed on your ideas, not your desires, not your life.

2. Internet. No wonder in translation _net_ is a spider web. It obscures, envelops a person, like a spider its prey and, with the aim of disorienting and lulling vigilance, injects poison into it. The Internet, social networks shape your reality very strongly. I'm not talking about giving up the Internet altogether, and even now it is almost impossible, if you are a socially active person, I'm talking about limiting your time there and making it conscious. After all, there is a lot of useful and interesting information. But even the most useful, if there is a lot of it, can be poisoned. And the ease of obtaining any information is addictive.

3. Pessimistic people and conversations in the context of "nothing good awaits us." It takes a lot of vitality and energy. After such conversations, you feel like a squeezed lemon, and there is a huge need to recharge the batteries. Also, based on the fact that we all influence each other, after such conversations, we really begin to see the world in black tones. But you and I already know that there are a huge number of realities, each of which is true. Nobody argues with that. But what kind of reality do you and I need? Which one do we want to live in?

Of course, there is still a lot that shapes our attitude towards life. But if you can control at least these three points, I guarantee you that your life will improve qualitatively.

And what to do, you ask, if your reality consists of work, family, TV, the Internet and negative conversations with pessimistic people.

We take our life into our own hands and shape our own reality

1. Limit the time spent near the TV, or rather, with the TV. Don't watch everything! Choose films for yourself, interesting and informative programs.

2. Internet. Here is the same recommendation. Reduce the time spent on social media. networks and the Internet. Make it clear to yourself that you spend an hour a day on the Internet, if you are not preparing a diploma or writing an article, or if the Internet is not your business. An hour a day!

3. If you cannot but communicate with pessimistic - minded people due to the fact that they are your relatives, then stop negative conversations. Be mindful. Do not support conversations about topics that take your life energy. And if these are people with whom you can not communicate, do not do it boldly. Remember, this is your life, your health, your worldview. Store and shape it.

Okay, you say, now what to do with the released time and energy? At first, this state is unusual, but it is necessary for the formation of a new habit - the habit of thinking in a new way.

This process takes about a month. At this time, the search for the most interesting begins - what really brings pleasure, what you really want to do. And this will be your own choice, not a choice imposed from outside.

This is where the process of forming your own reality begins. But in order for this to become possible, it is necessary to free up space and time for a new life.
