Where this expression came from, I don't even know. Most likely, A. S. Pushkin intervened again. I remember there was a fairy tale "About the priest and his worker Balda." I don’t remember if the priest kicked the worker who, in fact, wasn’t such a bastard.

This expression came to me from my father, who does not know where he picked it up.

Speech is, after all, in some way, a contagious thing.

If it sticks, like a burdock to you, a word-parasite or some kind of turnover, then you walk with it through life, as if with a banner or a flag, until, suddenly, it lets go.

So this turn was somehow imperceptibly intertwined in my speech.

It was in August. At the end of the vacation. There were literally a day and a half left. And as usual, in the last days or minutes a thrill overtakes you on the topic of unfulfilled deeds or, even worse, unfulfilled desires.

After the buzz of a prolonged morning, I suddenly wanted to do everything to which my hands did not reach.

And then it began!

Collecting plums, sitting in a chair overlooking the lake …

And then, even more! Suddenly I remembered that it was planned (and not for the first year) to capture this very view of the lake in watercolors, and for this an impressive sheet was even prepared, which remained the whole vacation.

Then a bustle began in my soul on the topic of "important but not done things": after all, you also need to weed the potatoes and boil the mushrooms and ….. and all kinds of endless "and" …

But the body, after collecting the plums, stubbornly continued to sit in a chair and contemplate, the brain stubbornly insisted, the soul fussed.

And suddenly, the latter obeyed when the phrase "Kick the bulldozer" surfaced in the brain.

… Although not right away. For a fraction of a second, resistance arose in the body. The brain, burdened with awareness of unconscious reactions, immediately hinted where it was from.

“Well, of course! Thanks to the ancestors! - the long-forgotten teenager spoke in me. And adolescents, due to their psychophysiological characteristics, are great masters of kicking bulldozer!

-HM. - said the body and was more comfortable in the chair.

At that moment it became clear that I was not going anywhere. Moving closer the amber plums and a container for bones and, so to speak, building for myself all the conditions for kicking the bulldozer, and my body and brain and soul were completely immersed in the process.

From time to time, parental voices arose in my head (obviously, the inner parent was indignant), but the rustle of leaves on the trees, the singing of birds and the ringing sound of plum seeds on the pan very quickly drowned out the annoying voice.

The salutary phrase from the commercial came up in my head again: “And let the whole world wait!”.

The internal censors fell silent, the world waited, and the bones fell loudly to the bottom of the pan.

The world continued to be: the sun did not darken, the sky did not overturn, and the weather even clearly improved!

When the body had consumed a decent portion of the plums, it calmly stood up, taking a relaxed mind and a contented soul and went.

Let's go to write this article. And I must say I did it with great pleasure. More precisely, everyone was satisfied - both body and soul and mind.

Once one of my teachers and graduate supervisor gave me the phrase: "Laziness is a reflective pause!"

So, no matter what the Parents say, kicking the bald can be very useful!

Although some Children can use this phrase to their advantage, but that's what an Adult is for, so that the Child does not doze! (comparison with pike and crucian carp is absolutely accidental!))).

In general, if I hadn’t kicked the ball, there would not have been a reflection of the soul, awareness of the brain (mind) and there would be no desire to write this story, I would not want to share it with colleagues, clients and simply readers.

Now it belongs to you and with it the knowledge of how important it is to listen to your desires, starting with the body.

If we listen to ourselves and realize that seemingly “strange” need, we have a chance to understand what we really want, and then priorities are set very quickly and the matter, as they say, is arguing!

Do not be afraid of your desires!
