All correct (conscious steps) are done in harmony with oneself, when there is an inner "Yes", isn't that so ?! It is about such a Pause that we are talking … Which will allow the sounds of our super-active life to freeze and give Silence and the opportunity to talk to ourselves.
Only then will the festive and delicious bustle begin … Now give yourself this time.
