How an introject rattles off life
An introject is a harmful alien belief that has entered your inner world. And it was not critically processed on the subject, whether it suits you or not.
In the movie "Soldier Jane" is often heard the phrase of Lawrence "I have never met self-pity in nature. Any bird, if it falls from the tree, numb from the cold, will not feel pity for itself."
Under the slogan of this phrase, courageous guys are subjected to exorbitant physical exertion. This process uses the will, dedication, ambitions of the children.
The phrase is poetic, but about not feeling sorry for yourself. And if I am a fan of Lawrence, whom I trust unconditionally. Then I energetically begin to mold the author's opinion on my own life. Suddenly, this belief becomes a cruel introject that can destroy me physically.
Suppose I begin to mindlessly load myself, not taking into account age, health, ecology and food quality. And suddenly - a heart attack, stroke, nervous breakdown …
The phrase of a talented writer for me personally can be destructive.
It is important to pass any advice, opinions through the prism of your own physical and mental capabilities, the size of which you need to know.
68 Healing Bites
In the film "Peaceful Warrior", the main character at space speed absorbs food without looking and indiscriminately. The friend says: “You eat like a pig. Slow down, maybe you will taste the food."
Let's taste the food: “Take a bite of bread and chew thoroughly. Slower. Don't watch TV, don't plan for the future, don't lament about the past. Direct your attention to food. Watch how your teeth bite and rub, what role the tongue plays in this."
In order not to fly away from the complex process of chewing - count. Bite 1 piece, chew and mentally count: porridge with vegetables up to 60, chicken - up to 75, pork - up to 100. Drink the resulting soup.
This exercise helps:
- firstly, to be in the present and concentrate on the process of eating;
- secondly, the improvement of the gastrointestinal tract;
Large, not chewed pieces do not fly into the "furnace". You carefully grind each lump and pass it on to the stomach with respect.
- thirdly, to lose weight.
It takes longer to eat as it takes longer to chew. You feel full already while eating and eat less;
- fourthly, reduce the amount of food.
The jaws are not used to working so intensively, therefore, they get tired quickly and eat less.
Use the same method when “digesting” mental food. A look, conviction, thought came from the world - “grind” 1 piece of this idea 68 times. And you will understand whether it suits you or not.

SELF SUPPORT AS ONE OF THE TASKS OF HEALING
With normal development, due to the support and care from the surrounding people, a person has the opportunity to learn to take care of himself, hence self-support skills appear - the ability to say "no", to rest if fatigue sets in, eat if you are hungry, ask for help if you cannot cope on your own planning problem solving.
Dealing With The Trauma Of Violence. Reacting. Healing. Closing The Painful Gestalt
The trauma of violence is perhaps the most severe trauma in the world, as it is associated with the violation of all possible boundaries: legal, physical, moral and intimate; inflicting monstrous damage to the psyche in the most defining (in fact, central) place - in the place of basic human needs for safety, security and protection.
Sucks Fingers, Bites Nails. The Psychotherapist's Reasoning
Children and adults alike suck on their fingers, bite and break off their nails. Adults are resourceful in their reactions and attempts (and more often torture) to "eradicate" this habit. Children are creative and wonderful in their ability to adapt and seek healing.
