And perhaps this is their strength - to admit their powerlessness and ask for help from another. Legalize your imperfection in the presence of another person and abandon the idea of omnipotence and control. After all, how much weakness is contained in the statement: "Who am I to seek help from someone? Can't I cope on my own? And what can a psychologist tell me new?"

I already know everything myself. God. And I am so scared to look deep into myself and find there, perhaps, very disgusting things, along with beautiful things, but I want changes in my life and I need help for this. "Yes.

Change is life. And pain is a symptom of the growth of consciousness. And people who go together with a psychologist to this fascinating, but, Oh, what a difficult path - the best half of humanity, brave and courageous explorers of their souls and relationships in this world.

This is the very part of humanity from which I choose my close friends, a husband … I respect such fearless and ready for change people who follow the path of psychotherapy and work on themselves. But no, not the kind of work that we call self-improvement, but the one that is associated mostly with accepting oneself as such and allowing oneself and others to be imperfect people. And when this permission happens internally, psychotherapy ends and they go on sowing seeds of reality in the souls of their loved ones, those with whom their lives come in contact.. They may not become psychologists, although some of them turn their helm into this profession.

Yes, and I myself became a psychologist, thanks to my client experience. But some of them simply go into the world and, willingly, or unwittingly, passing through the lives of people they meet, change their lives with a word, phrase, question, once asked themselves in the office of a psychologist. They stir up the sleeping consciousness of people no worse than we, professionals. They are a kind of alarm clocks for the consciousness of many people. They are a stepping stone to the awareness of others. So, people who have gone through their psychotherapy do invaluable work in awakening humanity to awareness. So, when you enter a psychologist's office and decide to explore the world within yourself, you are already drastically changing not only your life, but also the lives of so many people with whom you are already in a relationship or will meet in the future.

And it is about these daredevils that my article is today. But here I am not talking about those people who thought that a couple of months of psychotherapy is quite enough, but about those who patiently plow their unconscious, turning its parts into conscious for several years. Truly, psychotherapy is hard work of two people once a week, regularly for 3-5 years (on average, this is the period).

And the reward for it is a return to reality, to awareness and harmony of perception of everything that is in life.
