Headache, spasms, pain in the neck, back … Cramped, tightened, constrained … This is all tension in the muscles, usually against a background of stress.

Very often we relieve symptoms, relieve pain, and get temporary relief. But more often than not, this pain is caused by psychological reasons and therefore returns.

As a rule, muscle clamps are emotional tightness, a person restrains emotions, does not express them directly. Accordingly, they get stuck in the body.

You can help yourself on your own, for example, by keeping a diary, thanks to which we can write all feelings on paper. And it brings relief. Just do not expect that everything will go instantly, it will take some time. Meditation also works well, they work out internal tension in a quality manner, improve the emotional background, but do not fight the consequences. All this can take years of life.

Relaxing is also important. Go for a massage, do self-massage, relax in a bath with salt, use aromatic oils, do dancing, yoga, breathing practices. All this helps to relieve unnecessary stress and symptoms. Of course, this is short-term and for long-term changes it is still worth changing the behavior.

Or you can go to a psychologist and in the process of therapy notice how we are in contact with the environment, what emotions we experience, how we show them or not, what prevents us from doing this, what needs remain unmet. And finally, the most important thing is to realize, to live all the accumulated emotions, letting go of the accumulated muscle tension and learn how to ecologically show your emotions and satisfy your true needs.

The best way would be an integrated approach. Work in parallel with both body and soul.
