Again about the important. Disenchanting myths.

Whoever prefers to stay and forget - may not read further

It's September now.

And many ask the question and start looking for "where to go to study?" After all, it is in the blood)) September 1 - a wonderful anchor!

And every September, since the popularization of info-business, "handsome men" wake up who want "more certificates", become specialists and teach others in 2 webinars and get "a lot of money".

What can such coaches and teachers teach?

That's right) The same coaches and teachers.

And even more. The coordinators convey to me the information that this year there is a new squeak of the season. Already practicing coaches are calling who need to "just get a certificate quickly in a month, which will say that at least 50 hours have passed."

And, of course, they are not satisfied with the Training Program, which includes 4 months of training, at least 100 hours of training, 140 hours of Practice and personal study only for One level of training in the Coach-Practitioner format. And the same amount for the Second.

Coaching is now becoming an increasingly popular area.

And, on the one hand, a crisis is always a time to invest in yourself and your education. On the other hand, laid-off workers rush to any kind of earnings. And, unfortunately, Coaching is becoming an easy catch in our unregulated market for working with people.

And coaching now, as reported in advertising slogans, is taught from scratch and in 4 days, and in 16 hours, and even in a couple of webinars. I have already written more than once about my attitude to this kind of "training" and I will not repeat myself.

In short, this is a lie.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to become a good coach in a couple of webinars, 16 hours and 4 days.

After all, even to become a good plumber, you need to study for 2-3 years at a school. And in order to become a good engineer, people study for 5 years and then practice a lot and gain experience. To become at least some kind of teacher and to fill and develop the "brain" of people - the same 3 years in a pedagogical school, and to become a good teacher - at least 5-6 years at the University or Institute. To be a physician and to treat the “body” of people, they first study for 5 years at the institute, then they gain experience in residency for several years, and only then these people are allowed to the bodies of “clients”.

What about psychology? In psychotherapy? In coaching?

Why do some believe that the "key" to the "souls" and "thoughts" of people can be accessed after 4 days of training? And can you consider and call yourself a "coach" and specialists after 16 hours of coaching training or a couple of webinars?

After all, it is obvious that this is impossible.

However, many, many people, in pursuit of quick results and cheapness, go to study at dubious offices that issue papers on which it is written that “you are a Coach” and this is confirmed by a “Certificate from Vasya Pupkin”.

What drives you, colleagues?

Who teach and issue the above Certificates in 16 hours? Who, after these 16 hours, crawl into people's souls and produce clients for psychotherapists?

And what drives you, Clients?

When do you go to work with the most important, intimate, with Yourself to a person without education and experience, without even asking about his qualifications?

So. Again the obvious.

To become and be a good specialist (including a coach), you need several components:

• Have a good basic, better specialized education. Well, at least any higher.

• Get high-quality specialized education with a choice of specialization. It is desirable in an organization that has clear Standards and is accredited by the Association, and, great, if not one.

• Have at least 150 hours of practice under the supervision of a Certified Specialist.

• Constantly improve their qualifications at various Advanced Training Programs, Master Classes in order to expand knowledge and deepen understanding.

In our time, the "institute" of education is well developed.

• Evening, part-time, part-time.

• Basic higher, second higher, third higher.

• There is free access to information resources.

The only question is the awareness of the need for classical education, and the desire.

You will be able to get a good "base" and "base", so necessary for high-quality stable work with people.

There are also some obvious rules for choosing an organization where it is worth going to study for advanced training.

This is:

• Adequate training time for relevant qualifications;

• Training standards and hours listed on the organization's website;

• And yes, the official website of the organization with a direct address and direct contacts;

• Training programs are accredited by the Association.

• There are practicing graduates and the opportunity to network with them.

• And, of course, we always remember that "education is what remains with us after we forget about everything that we have been taught."

Good Practice, gentlemen!
