How to become a successful blogger? What will get in the way, what needs to be worked on?

Don't try to do everything perfectly, get rid of the perfectionist beliefs.

Recording a short piece of video 200-300 times is overkill. Novice bloggers painstakingly work through each phrase, but the fact is that social networks are changing every second. While you are working through the entry again, competitors have already given people the information they need. Not all video bloggers manage to make a high-quality recording from the 1st, 25th or even the hundredth time. Don't get stuck and move on - fill your blog with content and learn. Each next video will be better than the previous one. The main thing is for subscribers to see that you are growing and working on yourself. Otherwise, it is work behind a closed door that no one will see or appreciate.

There are no ideal people, and YouTube are real, sincere bloggers, with problems and mistakes.

Vlogging is a great way to train yourself to love yourself, to accept your personality as it is. No matter what mistakes you make in your notes, there will be people who will love you like that.

Fight shyness and modesty, give yourself free rein and the ability to speak and express. Words fail, use gestures freely.

This quality is useful not only for blog development, but also in life. The more you allow yourself freedom, the more you notice the admiration of others, and this, in turn, gives remarkable confidence.

Overcome your fear of evaluation.

Each of us from early childhood (from about 3 years old) got used to the fact that parents (a mother's figure - mom, dad, grandparents) secretly watch us and control every step, observe safety standards and evaluate our actions. For example: “So, he won’t take lipstick”, “He won’t stick his fingers in the socket”, “He won’t spoil the comb”, etc. Accordingly, at some certain point, mom or dad stop the child (“Don't do this!”, “This is bad!”, Etc.). As a result, in life, a person also waits for an assessment after each of his actions (for example, after posting a video on a YouTube channel).

It is important to remember here - even if the subscriber assessed the video negatively, the next day he will forget everything. In addition, you can protect your self-esteem by removing the negative comment, but most importantly, you should not get emotionally involved in the correspondence with the subscriber, trying to prove your case.

Your psyche will always notice only a negative assessment of the content. How to deal with this? Pay attention to the number of negative, positive and neutral reviews, you can even keep a record of each video, and then analyze 10-20 records.

Feel free to turn to professionals for advice - this is a fast and confident path to success. One in the field is not a warrior - this unspoken rule applies in all areas. You cannot do something large-scale alone, and the coincidence of favorable factors can be very rare.

Get rid of procrastination (the tendency to constantly postpone even the most important and urgent matters) and laziness. Learn to motivate yourself.

In fact, laziness is a lack of motivation, and procrastination has a deeper meaning and manifests itself in the fact that a person, realizing the need to perform specific important tasks, neglects this need and is distracted by everyday trifles or entertainment. For example, I have planned to record a video on the topic "Sexual fetishes", but I am putting it off "for later" (I do not like this topic, and completely different ideas are spinning in my head).

In principle, up to a certain level, such a state is considered to be the norm, but for some people, procrastination over time turns into a normal "working state", as a result of which all deadlines are missed, or the work is performed poorly. As a result, a person develops stress and guilt, and personal effectiveness drops dramatically.

It is important to always follow your desires and inner needs, follow what your audience wants. Do not try to please someone in spite of yourself, otherwise your motivation may decrease. Be yourself, don't be afraid to lose interest from your viewers when you want to change your style or discuss a completely new topic.

Build zeal for your work.

Many people in childhood were not taught to do something diligently, to make certain efforts to achieve their desires. If a person has had experience of studying in a music or art school, there should be no problems with this quality.

As a child, we often start doing something, but quickly losing interest, we give up what we started. Blogging on a YouTube channel is an area in which interest periodically disappears. As in any other direction, there will be moments of inspiration and emotional undermining, psychological exhaustion and unwillingness to do anything. But this does not mean at all that you have stopped loving your job, just at such moments you need to make every effort so as not to quit what you started.

If you have a specific content plan and schedule, whether you like it or not, you need to do at least the required minimum in order to keep your motivation and not break the deadline. You can record a short video on a topic that excites you, the main thing is to appear in front of your viewer and show him that you are stable.

Remember, if you focus on a skill that needs to be worked out or eradicated, this is already 50% of the work on yourself!

Get rid of the addicted character, do not get hung up on one thing.

A prerequisite for development is contact with people and failure. When toddlers learn to walk, they take a million wrong steps and continually fall. In any business there will be mistakes, failures and successes, but each new stage will make you better, make you more carefully analyze your work and do everything to improve it.

If a person does everything on the machine, it means that he does not know anything about the chosen profession - where we “fill” the shots and make mistakes, we learn to be effective and useful to others.
