In 2020, a part of the earthlings who designate themselves as "progressive humanity" experienced an "apocalypse" called "Isolation". Isolation got along with a stocked fridge, sofa, and internet. However, the transition to online ("remote") in the form of compulsion was perceived as mental violence. Those who viewed online as an opportunity, a successful alternative, satisfying, among other things, primary actional hunger *, were in the minority. Most have experienced the suffering of fake contact, continue to suffer, and fear becoming human online. From fellow psychologists, teachers, students, we hear that it is difficult to work online, that it takes a lot of effort and energy, the material is absorbed worse, the breaks between settings take longer, and the recovery time is longer than offline. And in social networks, the opinion is accelerated that the consumption of digital services is a sign of poverty, while living human contact is becoming an elite product **.

To love online or not is a matter of taste and a matter of choice. But if online exists, and we are in it, then is it possible to make our stay there as convenient, functional, and environmentally friendly as possible? Answer: Yes. How? Changing the settings … of the body! That is, consciously including the body in online contact, focusing attention on the body. With the technical settings, we are sure you figured it out a long time ago.

Body. What happens to the body when you are online? Do you feel it? Remember him? Do you dress? No, seriously, and do you wear the lower, INVISIBLE (in relation to the screen) part of the body? What are you wearing now? Business suit and shoes? Or house pants and slippers? It doesn't matter what you are wearing, what matters is how your INVISIBLE part feels. And the visible part. And most importantly - if we are talking about the quality and comfort of online contact - do you feel like WHOLE ?!

Here is our self-help methodology to help you:)))

So, suppose you are sitting at the monitor, and you have a few free minutes …

1. Pay attention to your visible part. Feel into it. How is she now? What does she "say" to your interlocutors on the other side of the screen? Record these sensations and the message of the visible part.

2. Pay attention to your INVISIBLE part. Feel into it. How is she now? What could it “say” to your interlocutors on the other side of the screen if it became visible? Does she want to "manifest"? Record these feelings and the message from the INVISIBLE part as well.

3. Make sure the microphone, camera is turned off, that you are safe, and stand next to your chair / chair. Imagine yourself seated, still sitting in front of a monitor. And from this meta-role, allow yourself to say out loud everything that you now want to say, looking at your body living online, that is, mentally imagining it. Show spontaneity! Don't hold back your emotions. Speak for the body! Let your body speak. Give voice to both the visible and the INVISIBLE parts.

4. Now that you know how it feels and what your body would like, give yourself advice. The advice (from the body) will certainly appear, try to hear it, and accept …

5. Sit down, connect with the body, apply its recommendations in online work, and watch how your somato-mental state changes.

We will venture to assert that at the exit there will be a feeling: the mood has improved! It works, we checked ****. You can check it too, and give us feedback. If you did not succeed, we are ready to do the exercise with you together, and at the same time talk about somatic roles, and explain the formula for the relationship of a person with the world through actional hunger (formula Grete Leitz ***). But the main thing is practice. And if you really need to work online, this is a real alternative and a chance for you, then it makes sense to be there with your whole body! It doesn't matter how and what it is dressed: as it is convenient for you, so well and correctly. It is important how the body lives, breathes, is filled with energy, and transfers it through the monitor to your interlocutors. Perhaps the online contact still seems fake and inanimate to you. But try to "revive" yourself, and perhaps a lot will change around you, including your opinion about online.
