One of the most painful issues in a relationship between a man and a woman is separation or breakup. On this occasion, there are usually the most worries. The reasons can be very different, while the common desire of one of the partners to resume these relations. Most often, people tend to explain this desire by the fact that they love their already ex-partner or partner. But on his or her side, there are no or almost no feelings. And then the question arises: "How to return a loved one or a loved one?"

But first you need to figure out what actually caused this desire. Often people tend to confuse love and habit, addiction or desire to simply possess another person. Their feelings are not actually directed at another person, they are primarily directed at themselves, at the satisfaction of some of their needs and desires. In other words, one strives to inflict love on another, so that he himself would feel good. At the same time, people say that they experience "unrequited love", in my opinion, such love simply cannot exist. It may look like this one explains to a friend that he loves him and that he, in turn, must also love, then everything will be fine. And the other is not at all happy about this, and does not want to be present in a person's life. There can be many explanations of why this is happening.

In such situations, in my opinion, the most reasonable thing is not to try to force the partner back into the relationship. Since it is not uncommon for this to be accompanied by all sorts of actions that cannot be called positive. This is humiliation of a partner or partner, reproaches, or, as an option, self-humiliation. This behavior is unlikely to lead to normalization of relations. Rather, it can provoke a person's internal tension. Which will negatively affect the whole life of a person. This is the appearance of neuroses, and the transition to a depressive state.

In order not to make yourself worse at such moments, you must try to answer the question to yourself as honestly as possible: "Would I choose this particular relationship out of all possible on this planet, or perhaps there could be a better relationship?" And based on the answer, make decisions on further actions. At the same time, one should not forget that in addition to these relationships, there are many directions in which a person can realize himself. This is creativity, and sports, and, oddly enough, work.

Some people really like to suffer, especially about a breakdown in relationships, the explanation for this is also that it is common for a person to want something, in this case a relationship, right now. And if, at the present moment, he does not have it, he is unhappy. In fact this is not true. It is worth distracting from such thoughts and the internal tension, which is a consequence of this desire, will subside. And the situation will no longer seem so critical. A person gets the opportunity to do something else and at the same time solve issues about their relationship. By shifting the focus of his attention, a person allows himself to look more soberly at what happened, and, accordingly, draw more correct conclusions.

After all, people often tend to convince themselves of something that does not really exist. In life, it is very likely that if it is difficult to reach mutual understanding with some person, perhaps there is someone nearby who is ready to share the person's point of view, while giving him the necessary attention and providing support.
