Sleep is the guiding star of our life
The ability to interpret a dream is a spaceship,
taking us to this star
If we don't have a ship, the star won't disappear
but will forever remain for us
silent and meaningless
Each person sees at least 4-5 dreams per night. But not everyone remembers their dreams.
Dreams love a careful attitude towards themselves. Over the years of my dream work, I have seen an amazing thing. Dreams are remembered better by people who love and wait for them, who are happy to share their dreams with others. And, on the contrary, if a person shrugs off sleep like an annoying fly, dreams melt away at dawn, leaving no trace.
Many people ask the question, why do you need to understand your dream? With the help of the interpretation of dreams, you will understand yourself, your feelings and emotions. Understanding dreams will help you find an effective way out of a difficult situation. You will be able to decipher the messages of dreams, warning of problems at the very beginning, even before you realized them. Understanding dreams will help you find the right path leading to well-being and harmony.
Each element of sleep is a key to understanding. The better the dream is remembered, the more secrets it will reveal to you.
I suggest taking three steps to help you remember your dream better.
1. Before going to bed, remember your day, fixing the brightest events and your feelings
This will give you important clues and clues linking your experience to your dream patterns.
2. Record your dream immediately after waking up
A voice recorder is better than a notebook for two reasons:
- When we write down the dream with our hand, we spend more time. But within 10 minutes after waking up, 90% of sleep is forgotten;
- When recording a dream, we supplement it with new details. This happens because our consciousness is trying to give it a logical, complete meaning. And later we can no longer understand where the dream ends and the "mind games" begin.
3. If the dream is not remembered, upon awakening, write down your feelings
Sadness, anxiety, calmness, tenderness - write all the feelings that come into your head without analyzing them. Perhaps at this moment some images will emerge, fix them too.
