A lot of time ago, almost in my past life, I conducted a micro-training with the tempting title "How to force yourself to do anything." Then she even dubbed individual thoughts on the air on the magic-soul radio. But people still ask questions about motivation, so I will again spread the same thought along the tree. Read on and do not say that I am sorry to share the revelations

The term "motivation" is not difficult, you will find it yourself in the open spaces. You will also read there that it can be of two types: internal and external. External - this is when dad weighs another bream and spices it juicy: "study, otherwise you will be like Vasya's neighbor to live on welfare and drink." And in the rebellious 15, one can quite consider this prospect almost rosy without ever starting to bring a diary of teachers' praises. Internal - this is when in the morning once again passing by a neighbor who fell asleep on the stairs in a magical intoxicated state, you yourself decide that such a future, although it may be colorful, does not suit you and choose for yourself - to receive knowledge. So far, everything is clear.

Other important details will follow, for example, that motivation should have its optimum, that is, the golden mean and why it is important. Even in a motivational rush, you can find various coaching models on Google that will help you break a huge goal the size of an entire universe into completely lifting parts, making it more accessible. This is also not difficult. But this is what you will not find even on the fourth page in a search engine.

The truth is that you can achieve what you want in only one simple case: if it is what you want, you really need it. No, don't swing the verbal stones so quickly. The point is that if the desired is not achieved, despite all the seemingly efforts, then there is a reason for this. For example, achieving what you want can be scary. As an option: fear not to keep the result, to be worse than anyone, to undermine the image of an excellent girl, to part with less fortunate loved ones. Your own success can scare you with success, because "what's next?" Of course, this seems utterly absurd, until this thought pierces your head at the thirty-third minute of the fifteenth consultation.

The point is that if you do not achieve what you want, this is your choice, not at all conscious, but a choice. Because it's safer, more convenient, no surprises, and a whole mountain of options. Because I saw a lot of people who achieved the impossible with a minimum of resources / time and rather not thanks to, but in spite of. And I saw people with many opportunities who put off achieving what they wanted indefinitely, that is, never.
