Remember, in one article I wrote that at 30 we “run out of rails laid by our parents, and we need to find our own way”?

In this regard, I want to share my observations.

Recently I was at a very interesting master class in psychogenetics, where they discussed the connection between the events of our life and how they lived, what they dreamed about, who our ancestors were.

The most interesting moments:

1) 93% of our DNA is from our ancestors, 7% (maximum 10%) - we accumulate ourselves. They are inherited with a high degree of probability: appearance, profession, tendency to accidents.

2) Pride for ancestors is, of course, a support. Therefore, it is very useful to specially note for yourself those moments of the pedigree, especially with the closest relatives - parents - that you are proud of. Directly prescribe for yourself, discuss with someone.

3) In 70% of people, intelligence is passed on from the mother, and character from the father. For 30%, the opposite is true. Personally, I consider myself to be 70%, I wonder, where do you find yourself?)

4) It is useful to determine what rules existed in your parental family. Vowels and unspoken ones. To realize them and decide whether to use them in your real life.

So. Family rules mainly revolve around 3 areas:

- Household rules (for example, “don't chomp,” “don't put your hands on the table,” “don't sit on the corner of the table,” “don't make a noise,” “don't go out in the street with dirty shoes,” etc.);

- relationships between people (for example, "you need to do everything yourself, do not ask for help, no one will help"), - the relationship between a man and a woman (for example, “beats, it means she loves,” “a woman should mold a relationship,” “all men want only one thing,” “all women are bitches,” etc. - everyone has their own).

What is proposed to be done in this regard?

Write at least 15 rules for each item that were in your family; realize their influence on yourself in the present, discuss them with someone, decide what to take with you further, and what you can refuse.

How deeply you can learn the history of the clan: who loved whom, whether they left the family, who was sick with what, who died from what, who did your ancestors work, phobias and manias, religion, status (whom did you study for, who did you work for in the end), how can you to be proud, “family curses”, experience of dispossession, repression, suicide up to the 12th generation.

This is a big, but very interesting work that can bring unexpected discoveries and good results in understanding oneself.

I would be glad if you try something and share what happened!)
