Everything in our world, and our world itself, is a system consisting of separate elements and living according to certain laws. Man, school, state, science - all these are systems. When in any of them everything is built correctly and correctly, the elements are in their places and perform their functions, the system works without failures and is sufficiently harmonized. Then, as they say, everyone is happy with everything. But other situations are more common: somewhere some action was taken, a violation of some law of successful functioning occurred - and something went wrong. In the "human body" system, a failure can lead to illness, in the "firm" system - to loss of profit. When it comes to organizations, enterprises, firms, this type of systemic constellations, how organizational (they are business) constellations.

The main difference between this method and other methods of business consulting (for example, the same coaching) is that the method of organizational arrangements does not work with consequences, but with causes, and very deep ones - from the idea and mission originally laid down in the organization to the generic program of the founders … Then the work takes place at such a level that the consequences (falling profits, low attendance) finally get the opportunity to adjust. Sometimes situations that seemed insoluble for years are solved in just one arrangement (and it usually lasts 1-1.5 hours).

Consequences are only the starting point of the work, what the constellator starts from and what brings the client to him.

The most common queries that business constellations work with are:

  1. Low profit. Whether it was such initially or began to fall at a certain moment, the meaning is the same - a good, viable enterprise for some reason brings much less money than it could.
  2. Disagreements between co-owners, partners, investors, managers. When they appear literally out of the blue, it is very unbalanced and creates a tense atmosphere. The arrangement will help to see the hidden reasons for this behavior of all participants (although not everyone can be present at work, but only one person).
  3. Problems with government agencies. Another situation that is encountered all the time is the difficulties in the activities of an enterprise that arise when interacting with government agencies, for example, inspection and control bodies.
  4. High level of staff turnover. A very common phenomenon, a bright marker of some kind of trouble in the organization. One may wonder what is wrong with the subordinates - it seems that the conditions are good and they are not offended by the salary - but one can look for the hidden reasons for such frequent "migration" of employees.
  5. Complex team relationships. Do you know such groups that are affectionately called terrariums? The most interesting thing is that sometimes you can completely change the entire staff, but the problems remain the same. The formation of relationships between superiors / subordinates and colleagues / partners can also be influenced by factors that do not lie on the surface.

And this is not a complete list. By and large, any problem that an enterprise faces in the course of its activities can, if not be solved, then at least considered using the method of organizational constellations. Sometimes you don't even need to do anything - it is enough to see and realize what is happening. The method allows you to look at your company and its problems from the outside, impartially, in order to see what they did not pay attention to before or simply did not know about it.

During one of the constellations, when a businessman made a request, "Why aren't my big boards being rented?" (although objectively the conditions were good: the rent was low, the location was good), it turned out that this business was created at the time when he was married, and his wife did not claim any rights to the big boards during the divorce, but nevertheless she had personal complaints remained, which left an imprint on the success and prosperity of this business. As soon as we figure out what was behind her claims (everything happened here, in the constellation field, without the presence of the client's ex-wife), the situation began to change.

And such cases are not uncommon. What does not affect our business! In particular - people excluded from the system (that is, bypassed, forgotten). This could be, as in the example above, a spouse entitled to his share of the case. A partner who was once bypassed. An unfairly dismissed employee whose role for the company was underestimated … And that's not all.
