Viktor Frankl's book "A Man in Search of the Meaning of Life" describes a story about one man who was the only one in his village who had a diploma of education. He was highly respected for his diploma, he was an authority for people. When the Nazis came to the city, this man was counting on the same attitude towards himself from their side, because he has a diploma. And the Nazis tore up the document, saying that now he had nothing. And that's all, the man went out.
A diploma is not equal to knowledge, ability, experience, sensitivity in business. With or without him, we should remain ourselves, be true to ourselves. We must be individuals, individuals. Everything that we can share with others is in us. It is not in diplomas and certificates.
A good salesperson, marketer, musician, artist, psychologist lives within us. Education in universities, courses, etc. only helps us to develop. The main value is ourselves. People are born with an inner interest and sensitivity to one area or another. And in many respects it depends on them whether they will let this interest live or not.
Who are we without our diplomas, certificates, positions? What do we put first?
When we occupy a certain position, then we create it, and not she us. We are the creators of our own unique style of performing work, we bring our own skill, zest to it. If we are pulled out of this work, to tear the labor book, then who will we be? Yes, we will not have paper evidence of our experience, however, practical experience is always with us. We will remain dancers, singers, teachers, accountants. At the same time, we will also have life wisdom.

We can automatically carry out our work, following the laws described in the book and miss some ingenious moment. Do not be in close contact with those for whom we are doing this work. On the other hand, we can follow that voice that calls us inside, and somewhat departing from the instructions, create a masterpiece, help many people.
What am I doing this? Often, we prioritize educational degrees, our positions, the names of the people and companies in which we work. We forget that this is not the main indicator of who we are in our professions and lives. This is just one of the many tools in our life, and the main tool is within us and always with them.
We must remember that we are more content than packaging. If you are a physicist by training, and you are very good at running events, then no one will take this away from you. Or if you graduated from the Faculty of Finance, and bake awesome cakes that are popular, you do not need to show a diploma of completion of courses from eminent pastry chefs.
Put your value and yourself first. Don't let your inner critic push her into a far corner. Don't let other people's comments plant in you a grain of doubt that you are not good enough without some piece of paper.
Take care of the packaging in a secondary way, as something that can complement, improve, develop your skill. And when you meet a person who walks by vocation, pleases people with his abilities, who has knowledge from books that are not confirmed by different diplomas, watch him. Learn from him how you can touch your own value, your inner content.
