Nikolai, a middle-aged man, turned to therapy with a request to improve his financial situation.

Once, in his youth, he successfully built his business, reaching dizzying, serious heights, but over the past 10 years, the level of his well-being has dropped significantly, leaving the businessman no hope for the best.

Having decided to comprehend the situation with a psychologist, exploring all possible "pitfalls", the man came to therapy.

In the course of the conversation, it became clear: the turning point of Nikolai's once successful business was the following - the tragic death of his beloved mother. Grief overwhelmed the man, literally turning him off from a full, happy life. It seemed that some positive, active part of Nicholas died then with his mother. The taste for life was lost. Sorrow has left a tragic stamp on the heart and fate of the businessman.

Is it possible, looking at the designated picture with an unbiased, outside look, to allow prosperity and progress in it? In the format of the formed matrix? Obviously not!

But how to help the once "knocked out" person, how to return his former and successful "wings" to him?

… During a sufficient period of business, psychological cooperation, Nikolai and I will have serious, internal work:

1. it is necessary to burn out the loss of the past;

2. to get rid of the yoke of the guilt accumulated over the years;

3. get rid of the mental numbness stuck in the heart of grief;

4. to live your heartache;

5. and allow yourself to live further - not automatically, but truly - to breathe, grow, prosper.

And the first thing that will help us to include this internally program will be the following resource exercise - "Returning parts of the personality."

This is how it might look (I give a conditional example of work).

Therapist: "Nikolai, you said that before the loss of your mother you were a completely different person - cheerful, active, energetic and positive, did I understand?"

Client: “Quite right! Exactly!"

Therapist: “There is a feeling that with the death of your mother, a piece of you-former (once successful and successful) also died. Do you agree?"

Client: “Yes. Probably so."

Therapist: "Then let's virtually go back in time and try to revive that sparkling guy, bringing him back to his real."

Client: “I don't mind. But what will it look like?"

Therapist: "Let's remember Pushkin's fairy tale" About the dead princess ". Your story is somewhat identical to that fabulous one. Look … Part of your personality is also mortified and is - in a conditional, inner, spiritual "coffin" - that is, turned off and asleep … All we need is to return to the past and resurrect ourselves - the former - that cheerful, happy, young."

Client: “I'm ready. Let's say I returned to myself from the past. How to resurrect yourself?"

Therapist: “Imagine yourself as a conditional prince Elisha and turn to a part of your soul (asleep in that crystal coffin). Tell her: “I miss you! I need you very much! Come back to me please! Be kind - revive! " Free her from the yoke of denial, lack of freedom! Prove to her how demanded she is by you-now, how amazingly good! Give her back her right to winged freedom, to life! And when it rises, take it into yourself. Connect with her! Make it an integral part of you!"

The client slowly, does the job, choosing the right messages and words. The “mortified” part of the soul slowly revives, returning to the personal “I” and taking its rightful place there. This is how an integral, strong, reinforced inner core is formed.

Therapist: “Feel the fullness of the present impressions! Multiply your sensations! You have returned yourself to your old, young! Feel the energy of this healthy, youthful charge! Feel the impression of your confidence and strength! Spread these sensations over the entire surface of your inner and outer “I”! Let it enter your every cell, fix itself and stay there forever!"

The client follows the instructions of the therapist. His state of mind is perceptibly leveled out.

The practice can be ended with the following words …

- I am taking off the icy shackles of death!

- I allow myself to live on, be happy, create!

- I give myself the right to powerful, further prosperity!

- I allow myself wealth, prosperity and success!

- From now on and forever I am in absolute - internal and external order! Let it come true!

The practice can be repeated periodically until a feeling of confidence and strength becomes an integral part of your renewed soul.

In the format of such work, you can regain lost, internal keys, discover positive, healing resources and give yourself life-giving energy.

I would like to finish the publication with useful quotes from the wisest Hollis …

The truth turns out to be quite simple and is this: what we need to know must come from within. If we can measure our life against this truth, no matter how big we get along the way, we will find healing, hope and the opportunity to start a new life. Early childhood experiences, and later - the influence of culture led us to inner disconnection from our I. an Arab peasant found several ancient manuscripts. It turned out that these texts belonged to the Gnostics, early Christians, who relied more on their own experience and the revelations they experienced than on official church dogmas. One of these manuscripts is called The Gospel of Thomas. Without going into details, we are talking about the unknown sermons of Jesus, and if this is really so, a completely different person is revealed to us in comparison with the one described in other life stories of Jesus Christ. There is one of Jesus' statements that we should definitely take into account. He said, “When you give birth to it in yourself, what you have will save you. If you do not have this in yourself, what you do not have in yourself will kill you”…

So, we turn our inner gaze to our own depths and find the keys hidden there. Remember that the source is within. It is inexhaustible and healing. One has only to find him … And again, and again to apply …
