LIFE AS CREATIVITY
In creativity "activated"
the soul of the creator.
Recently I have become more and more convinced that creativity is the main "neoplasm" of adulthood.
God created man "in his own image and likeness." And God, as you know, is the Creator! He created this world, created all the "creatures" of this world. Including a person.
What does creativity mean in the broad, vital sense of the word? Creativity is opposed by reproduction, as reproduction, duplication, copying. Creativity always presupposes the creation of something singular, unique, unique. Therefore, creativity presupposes the process of creation. Creation, however, is "passing the created product through the soul of the creator." This is the maximum human presence in the process of creation. Presence is the most important condition for creativity. In this case, a “trace from the soul” of the creator remains in the product of creativity. In creativity, the soul of the creator is “activated”.
And it is not so important what you do - write a picture, poetry, article - if you are present in this process, touch it with your soul - you create something unique, single. And these are the main criteria for a creative product. And this product will not be empty, it will be charged with your spiritual energy and then this product will have the property to resonate with the souls of other people.
The "by-product" of creativity is joy. It is the joy of being in touch with the living, with life. The joy that you have become a "witness" of life.
The products of creativity are "saturated" with the soul and life of the creator, therefore they are alive. The reproduction is dead.
An interesting paradox lies in the fact that like reproduction, copying, replication of a ready-made does not require as much strength and vital energy as the creative process requires. But at the same time, have you noticed that you get tired of reproduction faster and more? You get tired of repetition, monotony, the need to include volitional efforts to maintain this process, forcing yourself. While creativity is captivating, captivating and does not require additional conscious efforts to maintain this process.
The moment we create, we live. All the rest of the time - we exist, we reproduce the previous one. It's Groundhog Day.
And happy are those people who were able to discover for themselves the possibility of creativity, for they have the opportunity to touch living things, to life itself and to live life.

Psychology Of Creativity. I Can't Create Every Day
I am a writer and I myself believed in writing every day. And when it didn't work out, I felt alternately a sense of guilt (before a book, society, a muse), a feeling of anger, confusion, misunderstanding, disappointment. Apparently I'm not trying hard.
Anxiety And Panic Attacks. The Importance Of Creativity In Overcoming Them
A panic attack is extremely difficult, if not impossible, simply to crush by willpower. You can't just say to yourself “don't be nervous” and thus extinguish everything. This can work if the frontal cortex has a calming touch, and you automatically believe that everything is not so scary and everything is surmountable.
An Artist Lives In Every Child! Suppression Of Children's Creativity
Answer to the question from the title: stop devaluing the artist in yourself! Everywhere I notice that modern society has a pathologically low noise tolerance threshold. Children are taught to behave "quieter than water, below the grass"
Mom's Creativity Or Stages Of Creativity
The most creative community is not architects and web designers at all. This is Mamie. I'll prove it now. Mothers - who is this? These are young and not always experienced women who suddenly have a very demanding Client. He does not have days off, one constant strategy of behavior.
Creativity Is Not Just For Self-expression
What is art therapy? The main goal of art therapy is the harmonization of personality development through the development of the ability of self-expression and self-knowledge. In the 19th century, the famous Swiss psychiatrist K. Jung said that art therapy facilitates the process of individualization of personality self-development based on the establishment of a mature balance between the unconscious and conscious "
