I think that many of you have read the magic books of Elfika (Irina Semina) about how to see happiness in everyday life.
I want to say that these books work, even if they are just hidden somewhere on the shelf!
Recently, I received an order from an online store with a psychological game, new metaphorical cards and book novelties about generic scripts and different ways to work with MAC. I began to look for a place where all this can be placed?
While doing the revision on the bookshelves, I rearranged the books, changed their places, putting in a prominent place those that are more relevant to me now.
Suddenly, a little book fell into my hands, which I completely forgot about!
It was "The Big Book of Happiness" from the "Fairy Tales of the Elves" series.
I remembered that I bought it at the book collapse of the Psychological Festival, back in 2011. I bought it, looked through it and… forgot it!
It was very hard for me then, because
- only a year has passed since my business finally collapsed, and I began to work for hire,
- the beloved dog died,
- health problems began,
- and the relationship with her husband left much to be desired …
Why then did I not begin to do then a very simple exercise suggested by the author?
Probably because I didn't believe? Or maybe she just forgot in a large stream of information? Now this is not so important …
And now, now that I have
- the worst crisis called cancer has already passed,
- private practice is developing successfully,
- and life with her husband got better, in the most magical way,
this book caught my eye again …
So, on the first of September, I began to write my personal "Big Book of Happiness" according to a template defined by Elfika!
I suggest you do it too!
The algorithm is very simple:
- Every evening write 10 happy events of the day
- You will definitely find them, because happiness is made up of "everyday life"!
- Start each evening with the words: "Today was the happiest day of my life!"
- Finish each of the ten phrases with the words "… and this is Happiness!"
- Finish all phrases with the words: "And tomorrow will be even better!"
- The author suggests doing this for 59 days.
- So you and I will develop a stable habit of seeing the positive in the little things, thereby attracting more noticeable events.
To make it clearer for you to give an example of a description of one of your days:
Today was the happiest day of my life!
- Today, for the first time, I ran the psychological game "Money Insight" - and this is happiness!
- We went for a walk with my husband, and my leg almost no longer hurts - and this is happiness!
- I conducted two online consultations and they seemed successful to me - and this is happiness
- I saw joy in the eyes of my clients - and this is happiness!
- I listened to an interesting webinar - and this is happiness!
- I prepared a presentation for my webinar - and this is happiness!
- Received an offer from a colleague to create a game together - and this is happiness!
- She became slimmer by almost 6 kg in less than a month - and this is happiness!
- I ordered myself new flared trousers from the thigh to hide the orthosis - and this is happiness!
- Together with our clients, we create new MAK decks, so that later we can work with “our own material” - and this is happiness!
And tomorrow will be even better !!!
So, if you still do not quite understand how to write your "Big Book of Happiness"
I give you a diagram:

Psychology Of Creativity. I Can't Create Every Day
I am a writer and I myself believed in writing every day. And when it didn't work out, I felt alternately a sense of guilt (before a book, society, a muse), a feeling of anger, confusion, misunderstanding, disappointment. Apparently I'm not trying hard.
