Friends, I want to share with you three interesting questions that I use in my practice. You can use them in those situations in which you want to understand, to understand something for yourself. For example, to understand what has gone into the shadows, what qualities you have lost in this situation and what lesson for you was right in this situation
I work with a situation where an injury has occurred. And you can take any situation from your life that you remember, for example, there was some kind of conflict.
Remember yourself in the situation, at the very moment of the conflict.
Answer these questions:
1. What am I not now?
2. What decision did I make?
3. What inner ability would help me to “get out” of the situation without injury?
And you will see what needs to be worked on. In the first question, "Who am I not now?" we look at what has gone into the shadows. What are your qualities you have lost at this moment. What exactly have you supplanted. For example, “I am not strong”, “I am not myself, I pretend”, “I am not the one who acts”, “I am not a child” …
The second question brings clarity to the situation. For example, very often in conflict situations, an internal decision is made. To the question "What decision have I made?" the answer comes "I will not be like you", "I will do it out of spite", "we must always defend ourselves, insure, and not trust."
The third question helps you remember your inner resources. For example: “my inner ability to be bold would help me” or “my inner ability to be original and not banal would help me” or “my inner ability to accept a situation rather than reject, not run away, etc. would help me. what I've done before. " With this inner ability, a check can be made. Having asked the question: "How would your situation have developed if you already had this ability?"
How to do it? You need to relax and ask yourself a question, the answer will come by itself.
What to do next with this?
Shadow - return.
The solution is to cancel.
The inner ability is to restore.
All this can be done in one step, I do this in consultations. You can try to do it yourself or contact a specialist psychologist or RPT processor, which will help you get out of the pattern and restore internal resources that will help you in the future.
These questions are not mine, not my own, but they help me at PRT sessions. You can also apply them in your practice if you see benefits for yourself.
You can sign up for a consultation and session with me, contacts below.
I wish you success!
