We build relationships on a daily basis that can be divided into three levels of intimacy:
✅Long-term relationship
The most superficial and short-lived. In them, as a person, we reveal ourselves minimally.
This can be communication with a seller in a store, a waiter in a cafe, a courier who brought pizza, a doctor who came to an appointment, a travel companion on a train, a builder who makes repairs in an apartment.
Feelings can be expressed here if there is a need for this and it is necessary to influence human behavior in order to achieve the goal. For example, a builder misses a deadline. And you need to express what you think about this, and expect from him.
✅Medium proximity
These relationships help to develop, give pleasant emotions from communication and spending time together. We turn to them when there is no way to ask loved ones. For example, borrowing a tent or watering flowers when we go on vacation.
These can be friends, classmates, classmates, colleagues.
Here positive emotions can be fully shared - to create trusting relationships. Negative ones should be expressed with caution, and having previously thought about the purpose for which you are doing it.
✅ Close
They determine the quality of our life, since this is the environment in which we are immersed heavily [husband-wife, parents-children, living together].
Our moral well-being depends on how these relationships look. If those close to us are indifferent, inattentive, or vice versa, provide psychological violence, offend, we feel bad. If we get attention and positiveness, then we flourish, and self-esteem becomes better.
It is important here to share absolutely all feelings, thoughts, tell the truth and trust.
If, for example, you feel fear or guilt, and therefore do not express emotions, you are setting limits. And the close relationship won't be right.
In order for the relationship to be healthy and comfortable, you need in each of their groups [distant, middle, close] to be able to:
1⃣Ask
2⃣Refuse
3⃣Praise
4⃣Criticize
5⃣ Express your opinion
6⃣Conflict

Emotional Maturity Levels
Any emotion arises in response to satisfaction-dissatisfaction of any value, need, desire, etc. When satisfaction occurs, positive emotions arise, with dissatisfaction, negative ones. And since most of these same needs can be satisfied only with the help of something from the outside, this implies the most important role of emotions in human life.
How To Get Rid Of Fear And Reduce Anxiety Levels?
The manifestation of these negative emotions may be associated with a specific situation, for example, an exam, a call to the authorities, an air flight or a trip to the subway, or it may not be motivated by anything, and arise in the depths of consciousness, capturing thoughts more and more, depriving will and common sense … There are several ways to deal with this.
Decision-making Levels Or How A Person Is Programmed
Decision-making levels, or how a person is programmed. I propose to consider the entire human psyche as a nesting doll. So, the deepest inner level of the psyche is instinct level … The basic instincts are survival and reproduction. During a danger to life, the following instincts are triggered:
