You should not adhere to a given rhythm and certain body movements learned from the choreographer. Put on beautiful music and move as you want. Listen to your body. Express your feelings: shout, cry, write letters, speak on the recorder or to your friends. Live what has settled inside and suffocates with its toxic fumes, poisoning life.
