And yet we humans are wizards.

We read fairy tales in childhood, and then, when we become adults, we often embody in our lives those heroes of fairy tales whom we loved and who we sincerely sympathized with.

One of the illustrations:

A request from a man: "I got a position, a manager. I have been in the position for about 5 months. I feel insecure, I often have to do work for lazy people, instead of organizing them. I have to delve into and perform the tasks that the leaders of my structural divisions should do." …

The overall impression of the client: smart, competent, purposeful, with a deep confidence that he is in order and the world is good.

That is, his inner state and what is happening at the new job somehow do not fit.

I asked a question about the scenario: how long did the adaptation take at the previous jobs: 1 year for two previous jobs, 1st year at the institute. The first class was without question, adapted quickly.

That is, the general trend is clear, and it is clear that the scenario was already laid down in school.

The head client understands that 1 year for adaptation is a lot. There are many examples of other people who need 2-3-5 months to fully adapt to a new place.

And yet the question remained: where did the year come from, why exactly a year, and not a month, not 3 months? - unclear.

One of the standard questions to the client: "What is your favorite children's fairy tale?" - "There is no such, but at school I read the novel" Robinson Crusoe ", re-read it several times.

Naturally, I asked - "How long has Robinson adapted?" - "I do not know, I will look"

Half an hour after the consultation comes a quote from the book: "It took almost a year to finally get settled on the island, keep my warehouse in order and even more thoroughly strengthen the fence."

And now tell me that we are not wizards 🙂

Share, maybe you have your own story of magic, how did you revive or maybe still revive your favorite characters in your life?
