#Healthy_psychosomatics Day 2

Today is the second day that I try to blog my blog about psychosomatics. Yesterday the girls asked me to write about what neurotic overeating is and how to deal with it in general, and then one girl just asked for herself “how to keep up with everything,” and then it became clear to me what the post would be today.

About the same neurotic seizure, but for those who always do not have time.

Let's think about what it means to "not keep up"? You have 100,500 things to do, and it's not clear why. Someone who is in a hurry to do everything by a certain time, someone just because it needs to be done and then finally get the long-awaited release from work and from responsibility, which seems to have to go away with the implementation of other things. But we know that things never end, and sometimes getting stuck in that "spinning squirrel" can cause neurotic seizure.

Let's imagine a person who is in a hurry to complete all the tasks and cannot stop. What can we say about such a person - rejection of the body, constant tension, questions with sexual behavior are possible, because once or already there is no strength, which may indicate an unwillingness to enjoy the body. But our body still wants caress and relaxation, and a quick and affordable way is to devour. And sometimes it’s too big for a body that lacks affection and physical activity.

When do you want to eat?

- when a terrible feeling of hunger due to lack of relaxation for a long period of time;

- when the brain is working in such a way that the body is already ill, and the only way to stop you is severe hunger;

- when there is no joy, neither emotional nor bodily, for a long time - so fly into delicious fried and fatty sweet;

- as a way to somehow relax, because just to relax is a feeling of guilt, but you can eat;

- as a way to understand the situation - here the psychosomatics of the stomach works great - you don't like the situation - you have gastritis, you like constipation, there hasn't been a surge of emotions for a long time - you have a "standing" stomach.

Something like that? And is there a relevant query "How to keep up with everything?" Maybe it's better not to keep up, but to be able to choose, your body, frugality towards yourself, and only then things, and then not all, but those that are important and which have sense to do today!

Something like this!

We've covered just one aspect of neurotic seizure! Unfortunately, there may be more manifestations!

Maybe you will be interested in this topic tomorrow as well? But in what context?
