The king is the head of everything.
Take the pyramid, for example. The king is at the top (reason, higher ethical principles), and below the people (feelings, emotions, low-level values, motivation corresponding to the values of the level, etc.). The closer to the base of the pyramid, the lower in the level of development people live there. They tend to be guided by an overall survival instinct, with prevailing negative emotions and a limited worldview, which is often built on the basis of social patterns. The closer a person is to the “bottom”, the further he is from the king and the less understanding he has of the concepts of “hierarchy” and “king”, to the extent that a person does not recognize hierarchy and believes that the king is not his king…. and in general he himself can be a wonderful king (literally and figuratively).

In such cases, life begins to spread in all directions: ethical principles are violated, chaos ensues in all spheres of life, there is no culture of upbringing and behavior in one's head and in society.
What "king" is, so is the "state."
What is the task of a person who wants to get closer to the king (the one in his head) and understand by what principles he lives and acts, what is guided by?
The task of a good "tsar" is to ennoble the "people", to give them a decent education (read: correct knowledge), to teach them to think independently, and the like, in the same high spirit and subtle style.
The king should be in his place in his head under any circumstances and survey the "possessions" from above, maintaining impartiality, no matter what you do, so that it does not turn out like in a joke:
- You are completely without a king in your head or what?
- Oh no…. I have a constitutional monarchy there: there seems to be a king, but the real power is in the cockroaches.
So, in order for the king to choose his head as the place of his permanent residence, you need:
DEVELOP AWARENESS
It is necessary at any time to be in the present and understand what you are doing, why and why. What are your benefits, what results can you get (will they suit you or not?), Etc. In these matters, it is necessary to study the laws of the universe, to understand by what principles the Universe works, how our life is arranged, so that later it does not come from nowhere. And if it did, then, being savvy, understand what your actions provoked such a result and how to make sure that it does not fly again. OR with optimism and understanding, be able to clean it all up and put things in order.
Even if you are carried in all four directions (in any of the areas of your life) - it's okay, sometimes it is necessary and useful for transformation, development, getting out of the comfort zone and other similar things. The main thing is that the king always remains in place. Try to answer the question yourself for what.
If the king is not present or he comes to visit only from time to time, it is better to turn to the Teacher, mentor, coach for advice in an ambiguous situation.
LEARN TO DISCOVER YOUR TRUE DESIRES
At this point, most average citizens look askance. Describing his desires in all colors, a person at the reception with a psychologist, coach or Teacher learns with surprise and sadness that these were not his true desires, but: parental clichés and attitudes, envy of a neighbor (he has a car and I also need this so practical!), the views imposed by society ("because it is so accepted"), the unfulfilled desires of the inner child, personal fears and psychotrauma.
Understanding your true desires, it will be easier for you to realize them, to get really complete satisfaction (and not like this: today it is, then it is not, because the desire was not true, you are too capricious and zealous in pursuit of its fulfillment, etc..) and designate EXACTLY YOUR further path to Happiness.
ACTION IS UNSUFFICIENT / THINK BEFORE DOING SOMETHING
Haste is useful only in three cases: someone else's wife / husband, with diarrhea, when catching fleas. In other cases, it only interferes.
As for "thinking", here you can repeat the first point above: we apply awareness, ask ourselves questions.
And also remember that:
- you can never catch everything
- it is useless to control everything. You will only waste time, health, money.
- The Universe knows better what you deserve and at what point in time.
- in a hurry and without hesitation, you can look through what you really needed in life and end up with a broken trough.
- there is no improvisation. Any improvisation is planned in advance (ask the musicians).
- when they are in a hurry "faster", they are late more often.
- add the following points yourself, folk wisdom is inexhaustible here.
So, gaining knowledge about the laws of the Universe, with the included awareness and understanding of their true desires, "with feeling, clearly, arrangement" a person goes up to the top of the pyramid and gradually learns "to live with a king in his head."
