Each of us, at least once in our life, has encountered an unwillingness to do what we want. An example is both the banal pleasure of living in a clean house and the lazy unwillingness to hit a finger for this, and dreams of super rapid self-development, after which a dream job and a high salary will most likely turn up, but only "that Monday" does not come. from which one could begin to develop.
So where do the legs of this chronic procrastination come from?
1. Installation for failure. When planning any actions, a person subconsciously begins to look for reasons and excuses for his inaction. You also need to add low self-esteem here, because a person is self-sufficient and confident in himself, in his MORE desires and ALREADY actions, will not give up at the slightest difficulty. On the contrary, failures and obstacles will provoke such people, push them to act with even greater perseverance and pleasure.
2. Lack of motivation. In this case, the spark ignites, smolders a little and goes out under the sudden pouring rain of apathy. Both internal and external motivation can be in short supply.
3. The framework in which people find themselves or "be in time for the deadline." In most cases, the work is completed on the last night, hour, minute … The body mobilizes all its forces and the person with grief completes the work assigned to him in half. Yes, that's just over time, a conditioned reflex is developed. The organism at the physiological level gives preference to such saving of "energy" rather than stretching the work for several days (which, in fact, were given for this purpose).
4. Problems stretching back from childhood. All of the above may just be the result of attitudes that loving parents unwittingly impose on their children.
I cannot limit this list to only these points, because each of us is individual and there can be many reasons. In any case, this weed must be uprooted from the consciousness of a person.
