How do you feel when all the processes are in place and everything is functioning well? For example, at work or in a relationship. Seems to enjoy the moment, get high. But no, the pens are itching!
Worst thing to do - to start an alarming little hand in the debugged process: "What if it all ends?" And from this alarming, shaking hand, everything around begins to resonate, interruptions begin
Another option “So everything is good, but can it be even better? What else? … Such a little perfectionist hand. It doesn't seem like a bad option, but where to find the line between “the best is the enemy of the good” and a stop in development?
Like good intentions: I don't want to lose and I want to improve. But then why is the whole process collapsing? Relationships deteriorate, workflow stalls, and incomes drop. Because anxious people and perfectionists can't stand being in the present.
Some worry about the future so that they don't live in the present at all. For some, this is an internalized pattern of behavior: for example, for those who grew up in a dysfunctional atmosphere. Therefore, a good relationship is scary, because it's unusual. Let's do the usual bad and breathe a sigh of relief! For some, this is the only way to live interestingly: constantly create problems and solve them, otherwise it’s just boring.
Others are so unwilling to put up with reality. that they cannot even assume that there are other options for the development of events (except for the "ideal"). As a rule, perfectionism is a noble screen that covers something really important. And it's not about numbers, it's not about achievements, because nothing pleases and depreciates instantly.
You can continue to accelerate the flow of the river or try to keep it, or you can build a boat and go with the flow somewhere or sit on the bank, enjoying the murmur of water and freshness. The freedom to choose is perhaps the little we have. And the river doesn't care what we want there, it just flows.

She firmly shook her dark, perfectly styled hair and looked at me sternly through equally perfectly matched glasses . - I'm a perfectionist. “I would never have guessed,” I chuckled to myself, looking at her stylish skirt without a single wrinkle, fantastic blouse (business with a precisely dosed drop of femininity), tall heels and “invisible” makeup, which usually takes at least an hour in time.
People And People
What happens in psychotherapy can be divided into two parts, the therapist part and the client part. Yes, together, these two parts form something whole, called a therapeutic alliance, which serves as a prerequisite for the desired changes in the client.

About How A Person Wanted Security And Guarantees And Did Not Even Notice What It Cost Him
The life of an adult is too deliberate and rational. Risk, liveliness, natural craving of any living creature for exploration, for penetration, for expansion, for regular shedding of skins completely disappeared from it. Instead, a person accumulates skin and imperceptibly turns bronze - building up armor.
